I booked 3 nights but ended up staying for a week. Through Robby I got to experience and understand what the culture, the food and the agriculture of Sumbawa is like. Every dish his family is cooking for you is unique by using traditional recipes and organic ingredients that grow on his small farm, Anthony Bourdain would have loved it here! On top of that Robby organised an island tour, took me to the market and showed me how coffee is being produced here. Also the hike to the waterfall is impressive. If you want to see the true Sumbawa do yourself a favor and stay for at least 2-3 nights!
