The landlady was so sweet and friendly. Rooms are basic and clean. Breakfast and dinner are served on roof terrace with an imposing view of Mt Inierie. Breakfast is really nice..a selection of homemade sweets,fruit,eggs and toast,pancakes and fruit..all freshly prepared.

Cinnamon Guest House is situated in Bajawa and offers a garden and a shared lounge. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay.

Johannes (the host) is very helpful and always around. The banana pancake breakfast with fresh fruit is delicious and they are flexible with the time (for example after you hike mt Inerie). The room was clean and very spacious and our private bathroom had a hot shower with good pressure! Several restaurants in 1-3 minutes walking distance.

Arnold is an excellent host who made me feel like a part of the family. During breakfast, he always taught me something new about Flores. The accommodation is very affordable and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Clean room with a private bathroom - even with hot shower, which is very nice as it gets quite cold in Bajawa in the evenings. Good location (only 2 minutes walking to the center). Good value for money. Friendly people.

The room is an indoor/ outdoor space, comfortable and stylish and the view is gorgeous. The hosts Neo and Walde were friendly while also giving us plenty of privacy. We enjoyed talking with Neo and learning more about his work with local people while helping the environment. Walde is a great cook, all the meals were excellent and served in the most idyllic location. The outdoor bathroom is also very cool. We loved every moment of our stay.

The cottages are brand new and exactly as shown in the pictures and very close to Bena village in an amazing area. The owner is really nice and helpful, she helped us arrange the pick up from Aimere and the bike rental. Also, they offer several dining options and the food is really good. If you come to this area, stay here!!

The owner, Moses, completely took care of us from a to z. He organised delicious meals for us every day and went out of his way to organise the activities we wanted to do. He took us to the local market, to his other hotel in on badjawa, to the hot springs, a local waterfall and more! Rarely have we been so welcomed anywhere. He is completely fluent in English and was patient with our questions about the local area and people. Thank you Moses! The hotel is off the beaten tourist path and you are staying in a real local Floresian village. The locals are so friendly! The location on the beachfront is amazing too and you can snorkel straight off the beach. We made a last minute decision to stay here instead of in Badjawa and we didn't regret it for a second. Much nicer to be in the countryside in the calm where you can do everything that you can do from the town anyway. We didn't want to leave!

Lovely staff who went out of their way to accompany us on our bicycles down to the hot springs and took us by scooter at 1.30 am to hike up to Gunung Ine Rie. Incredible location overlooking the mountain. Good food with vegan options.
