It was very positive to experience that Hungarian retired people can afford staying at the hotel like this with this level of comfort. It is brilliant that public transport ,buses to the nearest towns and places of interest can be used free of charge for Hungarians and guests from EU countries who are 65+ years of age.No need to use privately own cars, pay for parking...etc Safety of the area, kindness of the people make vocation even more relaxing

We came here with public transport. From Budapest with train. Then with bus. No offered some transport/taxi for transfer. Probably because people coming only with cars. So it was not easy for me.

A lot of nice hiking trails, caves to visit, a marvellous SPA at Saliris resort. We have been to St Andrea wine tasting, but it didn't match our expectations (we tried 6 wines within 2(!) hours, the guide was talking way too much and was not really engaging).

Good location, very helpful and pleasant hosts, cleanliness, very good price-quality ratio. Beautiful natural formations created by mineral water, decent cycling routes, Restaurant Piroska has an excellent chef, we liked everything there. Eger is 6 km away - a beautiful hisporic town with a dominant - a castle, from where there are beautiful views of the city. Freely accessible churches and basilica

A charming town. Numerous wine cellars. A well-stocked shop in the center. A major plus is the bus connection to Eger. Besides the hotel, there's a wide range of accommodations of varying standards. Everyone will find something for themselves. A perfect place for a 4- to 7-day stay.

The Piroska restaurant is great, the selection is fantastic, the waiters are nice and it's not expensive!! The four of us were very full for 26 thousand and we even had wine and sweets. I'm sorry that the area around the salt hill is very neglected!

The hotel is quite new and furnished in a modern way. Bed is comfortable, room big enough. There is a free parking place. Breakfast was nice, not a really varied buffet but that is understandable in a smaller hotel, but good quality food. The staff was really nice and hard working ( he was alone).
