Very good accommodation. Repeated stay. Highly recommended. Nice old building (historical curia / castle) but renovated in modern style with all necessary modern equipment (climatization, wifi). Even if the temperature outside was 38 °C, inside was climatization at around 23 °C what allow us to feel very comfortable. It is a protected cultural property (heritage) what allows you during stay to forgot all the worries of everyday life. The personal is very polite. The foot in the restaurant is very tasty.

Every aspect of our stay in this wonderful, spacious, warm and cozy apartment was great! Owners are amazing, extremely helpful (we needed assistance as our car got broken and it was repaired at the workshop out of the city; landlady gave us a ride), apartment is absolutely fully equipped, has more than you need even for period longer than one or more days 👏

Excellent apartment, 3 separate bedrooms, big saloon with kitchen, enourmous bathroom. Everything is brand new. This is exceptional price/value ratio. Tv in every room, coffe machine! The house does not look like much but it hides a real gem, the price is ridiculously cheap for the level of refinement offered.

The house was exteemely charming and the owners pleasant and welcoming. The peace and quiet was exactly what we needed. I would love to stay there at least once again and recommend it to everyone. The location js super close to Krapina, an ideal place from which you can see whole region of Zagorje, which truly is a fairytale.

Those people are selling the rooms when they are fully...

Those people are selling the rooms when they are fully booked because they have no idea how to work with booking.com when the property is full! Customer service 0 . Respect for a family with little kids 0 . No interest to contact booking.com to cancel the non refundable reservation when it was not even our fault . I had to manage by myself everything! If you want your business to work my darling learn some customer service because sadly you are incapable to do it! I cannot call you receptionist/ oh maybe I spoke with the cleaner? Even the cleaner it’s more polite than you! Shame !!! You cannot allow people to book room and at 11PM call them to tell them there is not room. And even with little baby!

The location of the hotel itself is very nice, including the...

The location of the hotel itself is very nice, including the landscaped surroundings. We visited the hotel restaurant. The transport is good, the road is well marked. I have no recommendations for young couples, but I recommended this destination to our friends.

We used the "Stará škola" facility only for overnight stays...

We used the "Stará škola" facility only for overnight stays during transit to the Adriatic Sea. The facility fulfilled everything we required of it, to wash, eat and sleep, have breakfast in the morning. Helpful staff, possibility to pay by bank card. Car parking at the facility, it is not far from the highway exit.

Review for travelers passing through: ideal accommodation, right next to the motorway, yet absolutely quiet due to its hillside location. Very nice grounds, especially suitable for families and dog owners. Great, authentic restaurant, fair prices. Rooms are spotless, simple but perfectly adequate.

The hotel is perfectly located for an overnight stay on the way south. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing that wasn't right was the refrigerator in the room.

We were just passing through and had already stayed there...

We were just passing through and had already stayed there twice before, and we were satisfied. We ate very well and plentifully in the restaurant. However, we didn't explore the town itself, as we were tired from the journey (800 km) and had another 500 km to drive the next day.
