First of all, Mare is one of the greatest hosts we've ever encountered! She is very polite, kind and she cooks delicious food. Secondly, we got in love with this acommodation because the bed was very comfortable and the surroundings were peaceful and everything was quiet, making it a great place to connect with nature. The famous lake - Eye of the Earth - is close, like approximately 15min drive-way trip.

We stayed 4 nights and were met on arrival by the welcoming owners Mile and Ana. We were shown around the apartment which was as described in the listing. Everything was there that we personally needed and we felt at 'home' straight away. The apartment was easy to find via Googlemaps and the location was stunning and so peaceful. The arrangements and details were handled by Mile and Ana's grand-daughter Lucija who was easy and very pleasant to deal with. This was a great base for us visiting places such as the Cetina Source, Lake Peruca, and Vrlika. The best part of this stay was without a doubt, the owners Mile and Ana. We shared many laughs and conversations with them which was helped by us speaking some Croatian and using a little google translate. They were generous with their time and hospitality. Lastly, not forgetting their wonderful dog Bobo - so friendly, obedient and just loveable. Message for Mile and Ana - Hvala vama na vasim gostoljubivost i nadam se da cemo opet se vidijeti.

Beautiful countryside accommodation. It is located in a remote area of croatia. We felt like the only tourists in town. Beautiful lake views from the property. The hosts were wonderful and very acomdating. They cooked us a delicious traditional homemade Croatian meal for dinner and served us a delicious breakfast. The property is full of super cute animals, including donkeys, which I absolutely loved!

This property is a hidden gem. Literally hidden, far from any noise. Located next to the lake, with a beautiful view. Maria and her family is supernice, they were flexible with check-in. The apartman is clean, fully equipped, the bed is comfy. There is one parking place. I can only recommend this apartment. I would stay here again! Thank you for the kind hospitality!

Peaceful and really well facilitated. The owner is lovely, she gave us lots of fresh fruit and vegetables from her garden and was really helpful. Excellent location for the lake! You can rent kayaks from the garjak rowing club at the weekends!

Everything was super clean, and seemed new. The bed was great, and the bathroom was very stylish, with a big shower. The lady who was this place is super. I had had a terrible experience at a different Booking.com accom, just an hour before, and she was very kind. I was super last minute, bu everything was ready for guests

The Hosts, The property is fairly new to Booking.com so no reviews. The Hosts have done their best to explain the accommodation on offer and its rural location. I initially was concerned as there are no restaurants within walking distance. I explained this, Gregor effortlessly arranged some local cold meats and sheep cheese, almonds grown on the property….plus the most amazing impromptu wine tasting, yes it’s a winery!!! He then drove me to the vineyard and almond plantation and left me to hang out there and make my way back to the Winery. Later he, Nina his lovely wife and their charming daughters brought me, home cooked goulash and spaghetti with home grown salad and local pastries. Breakfast was equally exceptional quality. I cannot recommend highly enough. I was made to feel like a member of the family and as a solo traveler that is priceless. Thank you x
