Very nice hosts who welcome you very cordially. My wife lost her medications in the previous days and they were so friendly to join us to the hospital and get us the prescription from the doctor to get the medications. We really liked the location, very quiet and shops and restaurants are all walking distance from the apartment. Rooms are nice and with everything equipped. Some items sharable with other rooms like the fridge and hair dryer but works perfectly.

Wow, this apartment is perfect, everything had been thought of, lovely touches… the owners greeted us and had homemade biscuits , figs, homemade wine grappa. So friendly.. the balcony is huge with the best view !! Water taxi at the front, 1 euro pp every few minutes. Best stay !!

Vela Luka is a hidden gem!

Vela Luka is a hidden gem! It’s not overly touristic, which was exactly the appeal for us. The days are slow and relaxed, the food is delicious, and the people are lovely — it feels like a more authentic side of Croatia. It’s the perfect place to unwind, but at the same time there’s plenty to do. We went scuba diving, spent time at the beach, tried different restaurants, and enjoyed walking around. Honestly, we could have easily stayed at least two weeks just relaxing and exploring the different areas. We were there for 3 days and 3 nights, and it wasn’t nearly enough!

A great little town with much fewer visitors than Dubrovnik for example, a very pleasant town and harbour to wander round with plenty of bars, restaurants and ice cream parlours, easy to get ferries to other islands or just across the bay to a swimming spot.

The place is really nice and very well located.

The place is really nice and very well located. However, the WiFi in our room didn't work during our stay. The people at the management office were diligent in finding a solution although the result was not positive at all. As you can imagine, not having WiFi at all in our room was an unpleasant surprise.

It is a wonderful town with great restaurants and bars.

It is a wonderful town with great restaurants and bars. You can find well-equipped groceries, a drugstore, and everything you need for your stay here. There is a beautiful boulevard by the marina. You can find nice beaches within walking distance. If you have a car, there are plenty of outstanding beaches that you can drive to in less than 15 minutes. Additionally, you can take a boat taxi to visit the nearby, wonderful Proizd Island.

Amazing house, in a nice location far away from the noise of the town. Hypermarket is available in 10 minutes by car. A boat or jetski is worth reserving in advance. Real transformation both for adults and kids... Unforgettable vacation.

Nice little coastal town, with less to see compared to...

Nice little coastal town, with less to see compared to Korčula city. Nice to be based for exploring rest of the island and the island Proizd. Remnants of industrial times when the city was in it's peak are visible throughout. Vela Spila is also a must see.
