Wonderful roomy apartment with balcony's front and back. The apartment was well equipped for several people and even special setups for bringing your pup. The bed was comfortable and large, satellite TV, good wifi and a very quiet location. We stayed at Apartment Santori while we traveled to Plitvice Lakes National Park. It was a great location for this and we would stop each day on our return at the large grocery to pick up our supper & breakfast needs. There are multiple restaurants & stores in the area. The owners were very informative & friendly. We would recommend Apartment Santori to family & friends. Great place to stay.

Our room was spotless, very clean and with lovely views of the mountains. The bathroom was very modern and again very clean, would recommend! About a twenty minute walk to Korenica from the house, which was a lovely town with a supermarket, cafes, bakeries and lovely restaurants. Our host couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating, even picked us up when we were left on side of road by our bus! The owners have another restaurant a five/ ten minute walk away and we had a great meal for a great price there! 10/10!

This is a great place to base yourself when visiting the Plitvice NP. We only did a one night stay on transit between Zagreb and Zadar. There are lots of different sights to see, so wish we had a few days. There are caves and more waterfalls to see outside the National Park. The main township was much bigger than we expected. Amazing area. We ate at the family owned restaurant in a big orange building on the Eastern edge of Korenica, Restaurant Sapena. Fabulous grilled trout, and the best grilled meat platter ever.

The highlight of Plitvice is in the middle of the top.

The highlight of Plitvice is in the middle of the top. Many travelers only look around the lower part, but it can be said that they only appreciate about 35-40% of it, and go without seeing the other 60%. A medium sized waterfall, a pond and a pedestrian path leading to the pond are varied, beautiful and endearing.

Extreme little to do in the area beyond the lakes - you can walk it all in around 3 minutes, I wish I was exaggerating! Three shops (a cafe bar / two bakeries) and a restaurant and couple of supermarkets. People were friendly enough though.

Small city that does not have anything special to offer. It has a few restaurants that are nice and a store. But it is a nice quiet place from where you can go on fieldtrips - Plitvice Lakes one of the most famous ones.

You should stay here for at most one night.

You should stay here for at most one night. There isn't anything to do or to see here. Use it at as stop to get to the lakes which are worth every penny. There is bus shuttle service supposedly to get to the lakes, but renting a car and reserving a parkingspot at the lakes is probably your best bet. The people here are very kind, they'll help you if you need something. We planned this part of the trip badly, and only because of the help of strangers a possible disaster was mitigated. The people here made everything 10 times better, from police, to servers, to the owners of the establishments, to the regular people just walking around. They are very kind. I had a great time here.

Great place to take 2D rest on our trip to Makarska.

Great place to take 2D rest on our trip to Makarska. We spent one day at Plitvicka jezera to see where famous movie with Pierre Brice aka Vinetou was made. It is wirth of you time and money. Book the tickets online at least 24 hour in advance so as you can save your time. Choose route “C”- boat and train is already included in the price. The best choice is to start at “Ulaz1”. We spent there more than 8 hours! and we really enjoyed every second there!

The hostel has 2 private showers and 3 private toilets which provides an unusual amount of privacy. The shuttle to the lakes even goes in off season and is cheap. There‘s not much going on in the town itself but that way everyone is going to bed at a reasonable hour and at around the same time. For this reason I got the best sleep of my trip at this hostel. Although Korenica is such a small town there still are enough buses going to all the major cities from there. Just check on getbybus!

The family is incredibly friendly. We were welcomed with some Raki, which was the best Raki I ever had. They even left a nice dry sausage for us in the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious. The garden and surroundings are beautiful. Walking distance from the center of Korenica where you can find some restaurants. When we got home from a nice day at plitvice, which is very close, we were welcomed with pancakes. The hospitality was just baffling.

Lovely countryside vibes with mountain views and field in front of the hotel with cows grazing on it. The room itself was spacious, had a balcony. The bathroom was spacious. The dining area was in a separate house which had the view of the mountains. The restaurant served exceptional food made with good quality ingredients.

Our best stay in Croatia! We are a group of 6, 3 couples. First the hostess was very friendly and informative, helped us to pre-book Peka, which is a must when visiting this beautiful country. The apartments are stunning decorated with everything you need. Even the separate toilet in each apartment is definitely a big plus.
