We were very positively surprised by our stay – what a gem! This hotel concept is the first of its kind in Croatia, and we’re so glad we booked it. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Božo at the reception gave us a warm welcome and was incredibly helpful in planning our itinerary in Split – his local tips made a real difference. The hotel itself is spotless, and the rooms are modern, comfortable, and very well maintained thanks to Damira and her hardworking housekeeping team. Every detail was taken care of. Breakfast, which was included in our stay, was absolutely top-notch. Doris, along with the wonderful students working at the hotel, ensured we were always well looked after. Their kindness, smiles, and professionalism made our mornings a real treat. The location was amazing, close to the Marjan forrest where you can go hiking, cycling, swimming and climbing. In the hotel, you can rent mountain bikes to foster Marjan park. We love the concept of supporting a student-learning hotel, and it truly shows how much heart and effort the team puts into every guest’s experience. A quiet and peaceful town, mountainous. There are several beaches to choose from: at the campsite, in the bay, by the sea, and by the yachts. There's little entertainment for children, with only one playground. Tourist infrastructure is underdeveloped. I'm referring to buying souvenirs, ice cream, and snacks near the beach. It's a great base for trips to Split, Omiš, and islands like Brač.

The evening life is a bit of a disaster: restaurants open until 11 p.m., a few bars on the main street, and one ice cream shop quite a distance from our accommodation. There's nothing for young people to do there; it's more of a village for older people who enjoy peace and quiet.

The host and his family are super nice. We were given directions to a beautiful, kinda secret, beach just 5 minutes away from the building. There are great restaurants all around which is great cause you can't cook here. The beds are comfy and the room is Standard hotel size. If you don't plan on spending much time indoors this is fine. We got free homemade wine which is very delicious. The Bus Station where you can take a Bus to Split is just 3 minutes away. A ride to Split takes about 30 minutes.

The apartment had all the things we needed, it was like living in your own home. Plus the fact that it was very clean and tidy. Also, the place was good enough for our group (6 adults & 1 infant). The host also provided us with a cot for our baby which was very kind. The apartment, is also near the beach and restaurants in Stobrec, probably 8-10 minutes walk. It is also about 20 minutes by car to the main city.

Amazing host and very kind. Host went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Even he offer us fresh tomatoes from his garden. Quietly and cozy bedroom, Kitchen with everything you need - microwave oven, dishes, toaster, teapot. Washing machine with detergents. The surroundings are quiet, peaceful, safe. 5-10 minutes walk from the centre of Stobreč, close to several rocky beaches. Highly recommend

Very nice host! You can feel that the well-being of the guests was their priority. Very good and fast communication. The surroundings are quiet, peaceful, safe. 5-10 minutes walk from the centre of Stobreč, close to several rocky beaches. Also close to restaurants, shops and everything you need for a nice holiday. The accommodation provides everything you need - towels, kitchen supplies, etc.
