My child, wife, and I had an unforgettable three-night stay at Apartment Bruna in Solin from September 7th to September 10th. What sets Apartment Bruna apart is the genuine warmth and kindness of the hosts. They welcomed us with open arms and smiles, making us feel cherished. The apartment was a haven of comfort, thoughtfully pre-cooled for our arrival. We found a fridge stocked with surprises - local grapes, plums, mineral water, juice, milk, and exquisite wine. Delectable sweets awaited us on the kitchen table. The apartment itself exuded luxury and modernity. It was meticulously renovated and featured a cozy bedroom with a comfortable mattress and a cot for our baby. The bathroom boasted beautiful tiles and a luxurious walk-in shower. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, and TV. The highlight was the terrace with its captivating view of Split. The location offered serenity, allowing us to enjoy morning coffee in peace. It's just a 15-minute drive to Split's center, and Solin is rich in historical sites, including the Church of Our Lady of the Island, home to Croatian Queen Jelena's grave. As we left, our hosts gifted us homemade brandy and a picture for our child, showcasing their thoughtfulness. In conclusion, our stay at Apartment Bruna was exceptional, leaving an indelible mark. We plan to return soon and extend our heartfelt thanks to the hosts for their hospitality. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Solin is quite and ideal for the more mature visitors to the Split area. Solin also has a good selection of Bars & Restaurant's and is better value and quality than I found in the centre of Split. It is easy to get in and out of Split using the local buses (Journey time 30 minutes) . Ideal location

Magnificent place, with a huge archaeologic site often regarded as Croatian Pompeii. Definitely a place to visit, located very close to Diocletian's palace (Split), and Klis fortress, as well as lot more attractions to visit and enjoy....

Solin is beautiful and I look forward to returning. I will recommend Solin to family and friends, especially the Hotel President Solin. Magnificent strolling parks, energetic nightlife, vibrant, lively, family-friendly, pet-friendly, precious flora & fawna and breathtaking church with singing, art and spiritual energy.

Tea was terrible for a 5 star, we had to go out as I couldn’t eat it. We had no towels in our room, glasses or a plug for out bath so within ten minutes we had to ask for all These things which you don’t expect to have to do. I also think for a 5 star you would get an iron and tea making facilities, the room just felt cold no little bits to make it feel welcome. The drive to the beach was over 15 mins which we did every day so ended up costing us more in the end. The pools where nice and the breakfast was good but that’s all I can say was good. We noticed a lot of kids and thought there’s nothing for them, no play area, no pool table nothing. This hotel could be so much better if a little thought and love went in to it. Old town is amazing loved it there, beaches are great we loved plaza Znjan beach the most, we eat at the monkey bar and beds where very cheap for the day.

We had a great stay at the villa! The owner met us and showed us around in great detail. The villa has incredible views of the local mountains and the outside area / pool is amazing. The entire place is really really clean and the rooms are all great sizes. There is a supermarket around 5 mins away and it’s an easy place for Ubers / taxis to find. Would definitely book this villa again if in split. Thanks for a great stay :)

The House in the Woods was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The owner was so friendly and helpful, we felt very welcome and well looked after. There was parking right outside and also facilities to do laundry which was a real bonus. I’d highly recommend staying. The drive into Split was only about 25 minutes. So you were close enough but nicely away from the hustle and bustle.

I have stayed at this hotel several times – it is so peaceful and relaxing and has a wonderful pool and garden area, hence why I keep coming back! The rooms are spacious, quiet and very comfortable, and the on site restaurant is very good too. The staff are very nice and friendly, and the proximity to Split makes it easy to take a taxi in and out to have a look around. I will be back!

Big thanks to Iva from Modern Suite Beleca, who made sure we had everything we needed… The apartment was exceptionally clean and modern, located in a quiet area yet close to Split. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We especially enjoyed the balcony with its beautiful view.
