Location is good, it's a little cooler since it is uphill. I give 2 points because the people tried to be friendly. Altough the situation was awkward, to say the least. You can survive in this place and got a roof over your head, the couch is comfortable, that's as good as it gets

I was there in the off-season, it's certainly very different...

I was there in the off-season, it's certainly very different when it's full of tourists and cars and kids and campers in summer. There's no supermarket but a small bakery selling fresh bread and produce. There's a local olive oil producer in town which was a delight to visit. Lots of excellent paths for walking along the coast. Views like a dream!

Savudrija is nothing special, there is a good beach at the autocamping and nothing else. We only booked here our accomodation because we wanted to visit the Slovenian beaches and cities and the border is close here and here was cheap place to stay.

The surrounding area was interesting.

The surrounding area was interesting. Small wineries offered wine and olive oil tastings. Located at the tripoint of three countries, Slovenia is 15 km away, and Trieste, Italy, is 33 km away. Therefore, there are many destinations and day trips within easy reach.

It's not a city, but a tourist town.

It's not a city, but a tourist town. Only for seniors or families with children. Peace and quiet. You can take long walks along the beach or explore the beautiful surrounding towns of Poreč, Umag, and others.

Beautiful, new facility, very friendly staff.

Beautiful, new facility, very friendly staff. The only flaw is the lack of Italian TV channels, which was a priority for my elderly parents. Despite being reassured that they would be tuned in, nothing was done.

This is a little quiet haven. The room was spotless and garden beautiful but the selling point is the pool, surrounded by beautiful colourful flowered bushes. Staff/owners very welcoming and helpful. Booked Villa Anna to have a rest after exploring Slovenia. It was definitely worth it. Visited Rovinj and Umag - recommend both. The sea is at the bottom of the road - 2 min walk.

A beautiful resort, brand new, with a great rooftop pool view. There was also a large additional pool in the garden, offering a choice. The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant served both Italian and Croatian dishes.

Wonderful relaxing hotel, the beach is super nice with and adults only area, the water extremely clean. The swimming pool area is also very nice. The way it’s distributed makes it feel like it’s not crowded which is nice.
