We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Plitvice. The host was extremely kind and even upgraded our booked apartment for free to a larger, more spacious one. The apartment was modern, stylish, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. It was clear that attention was given to every detail. We were warmly welcomed wi th coffee capsules, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

I travel around the world every year to many places, and it’s rare that I stay just one night and get a clear impression of my host. However, this wonderful lady exceeded all my expectations in what hospitality truly means. There’s no need to talk about the apartment itself – she could have set up a bed in the yard, and it would have been enough because the way she makes you feel upon arrival is simply amazing! She greets you with a warmth that’s rarely found, making you feel as if you’ve known each other for 20 years. Her readiness to help with recommendations is incredible! The apartment was very clean, well-furnished, spacious, and you won’t lack anything. If I return to this area, this will definitely be my first choice!

This property is just perfect! It ticks all the boxes! Modern, spacious, light, bright, comfy, views and incredibly friendly hosts! We felt like royalty! The property is newly renovated and has stunning finishes throughout. The sleeper couch downstairs is massive and super comfy! It is a 20min drive from Plitvice Lake National Park (Entrance 1) and a 10min drive to the Tommy Maxi Grocery Store. Location is superb 👌🏻 highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to escape the busy cities and come find some peace & quiet. I would definitely return without a doubt!

The house is new with all comforts. Kitchen fully equipped, perfect bedrooms and super clean. It is located in the Countryside next to Plitvice Lakes, surrounded by nature. You can wake up with the sound of sheeps around and have breakfast in the garden. And one more important thing about the owners. We forgot a phone in the house and they sent it back to Italy without asking to be paid for the cost of the shipping. In two words: nice people.

The apartment is furnished very caringly with love. There is everything necessary for a comfortable stay, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, big beds, spaces bathroom. The apartment is secluded between some threes and is very quiet but also in a very easy distance to the first entrance of the Plitvice lakes. The host is very welcoming and friendly- due to a 6 hours congestion on A3 we arrived at 23:30 at the apartment and still were greeted with warm pancakes.

Honestly a highlight of our trip accommodation-wise. We chose not to have breakfast though this was available for a fee. Great guestbook with local recommendations in the room, huge bathroom, spotless and with great air conditioning and hot water; lovely property that is evidently well-cared for. Strong wifi and personal touches made this a true pleasure. Thank you.

You really need several days to visit what that place has to...

You really need several days to visit what that place has to offer. Don’t miss the Spelaton center and Barać caves. We been on Barac Traill race and the organizers really do the best of them. Also don’t miss the fast food in rakovica on road by the Apartment green park with delicious burgers.

We stayed here primarily to visit Plitvice national park but...

We stayed here primarily to visit Plitvice national park but the area was beautiful, a complete contrast to the Croatian coastline. It felt very Austrian in influence with chalet style houses, lots of green countryside and flowers. It was also a lot cheaper to eat out and buy coffees/ice creams than on the coast. Plitvice was incredible (although v hot and busy in August). I would like to go back at a quieter time as there were long queues to get on the boats which was not ideal in the heat with children. It was a shame that there is nowhere you are allowed to swim as we would have enjoyed the opportunity to cool off!

One of the most beautiful place I ever went.

One of the most beautiful place I ever went. There are great restaurants nearby with very good and authentic food! The apartament has everything but a washing machine for laundry or any laundry place/dry cleaner nearby.

A great location to get active.

A great location to get active. We did kayaking on the upper river Mreznica - Slunj, which was wonderful. We did this through the Hotel Mirjana&Rastoke, and they were excellent guides. We also visited the Plitvice Lakes for a day and did a great hike around the National Park.

We stayed in the spacious and immaculate top floor of a large recently built timber house. Comfy bed, great wifi, lots of outside space for parking and sitting. Large kitchen lounge area with cooking facilities and large wood burner with wood, though we didnt need this in October. 10 mins drive to good local eateries. Countryside setting. Try nearest Pizzeria 5 min drive or 16 lakes hotel for food.

I stayed two nights with my children at Apartments Pavlić in Rakovica and really enjoyed the experience. The place was very comfortable, with a lovely playground and a spacious lawn where kids could play safely. The host was extremely welcoming and kind. Plitvice Lakes were just a short drive away, making it a great base to explore the area.

The hotel has clearly been fully refurbished and is so much nicer than the photos suggest. Everything looks brand new. Friendly welcome. Breakfast was good value. The room and hotel were exceptionally clean and comfortable and furnished to a high standard. There is some free parking on site too and it is not too far from Plitvic Lakes.

Great little hotel very close to the Plitvice Lakes national park. Very quiet and laid back. Nice big rooms with a large bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Large swimming pool, made use of it on both our nights here, as it was very hot in Croatia. Super friendly owner who really made us feel at home. Would definitely come back.
