The apartment was very cozy, clean and very well equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The swimming pool was fantastic. You will enjoy it especially if you are a family with kids. The owner, Martina, gave us a warm welcome and helped us with everything to make our stay as smooth as possible. All in all, everything was perfect and we highly recommend this apartment.

Super friendly host, along with her family and their dog. We had a really warm welcome and even got some homemade pastries :) There’s a big table outside, perfect for socialising, and the interior is beautifully arranged. No complaints at all. The sea and the beach are also very close to the apartment.

The Kamenjak park is fantastic and although in august it was really full of people, we could find a nice place where to swim without too many people. We went around with the bike and in general we could follow paths where car were not allowed, otherwise it was a bit annoying because there were a lot of cars. We ate at the Safari bar, it was full of people but they are very well organized and the food is good and reasonable priced. Probably, the best would be to go in June or September when there are less people. It would be nice if car were not allowed or at least if there was a maximum number allowed.

Beautiful place thanks to its protected status of a natural reserve. Perfect for those seeking peaceful and relaxing place for vacation, and willing to walk few meters to the beach. Excellent for families, but also for couples. You can find your private spot to hide away, or stay on a spacious open beach, as you prefer. No big hotels or buildings, only modest services, but sufficient. If you are looking for fully equipped beach with restaurants and crowds behind your back, it's not for you.

Small town with nice vibes...

Small town with nice vibes... Everything you need is just around the corner (shops, bars, grocery store, events (music, local craft market etc..). On the other side Premantura is just on the entrance to natural park Rt Kamenjak... You can hike, bike, explore the nature etc...

Premantura is perfect for every nature-lover from young to old. It’s perfect in case you aim for a stay during which you can spend all day out in the nature without the need to use a car. In addition to that, Pula is just a 10min drive away from the peninsula in case you want to have a one-day-city-trip. Overall, the people in Premantura were always nice and forwarding towards tourists. For our next trip I would bring e-bikes or at least mountain bikes with us since the way to the beaches at Kap Kamenjak are mostly hills and a bit rocky.

Take sea-kayak with you, or rent some on the beach. There are some litlle island and beautiful beaches, they can be only visited by boat. Very nice nature, excellent for making bike tour and walking, sun-bathing, swimming.

Nice little town without big hotels and such.

Nice little town without big hotels and such. Sure there are a lot of tourists but the town gives you more tranquil feeling due to its remotnes and placement on the Kamenjak peninsula. There are a few markets, bakeries, restaurants ice cream shop and that's about it.

The large and always comfortably shaded balcony is the focal point of the apartment. We spent the mornings and evenings there chilling before and after our long days at the beaches of the peninsula. Our children enjoyed having their own rooms too. Kamenjak is a wonderfully diverse and beautiful nature park with wildlife, flora, sporting excitement and magnificent views for all. Our host, Franka lives on the ground floor. She was super helpful and kind, always ready to help.

The apartment is in an excellent location – just a 5-minute walk to the city center and about 10 minutes on foot to the nearest beach. It’s nicely decorated and well maintained. The kitchen and bathroom are on the smaller side. Cleanliness overall is outstanding. If you are looking to stay in Premantura, Apartment Uki is the right and affordable choice!

Everything was fantastic. The apartment was well-equipped and the pool was excellent. It's just a few minutes walk to the campsite, which has a great shop and a beach, though there are even better beaches if you walk down into Premantura. Having 3 bathrooms was great for 7 people.

Location was perfect, right in the heart of Premantura yet a quiet and peaceful location. The apartment was spotless and the bed so comfy! The hosts were so friendly and helpful, even giving us a lift when we were a bit stuck on the day we left. We also loved Enzo the dog :)
