Once we moved to a premium apartment everything was heavenly, staff was amazing, food was good, the apartment was clean and comfortable with beautiful views to the sea that by the way this resort has the BEST beach in the whole area (including the islands), in general the location is great, near bars and restaurants, the marina and lots of shops nearby. the playground and the softplay next to the restaurant were so well used and approved by my kids. I am definitely coming back with my family again! The reception staff are so kind and professional, and they gave us a box of local biscuits as a goodbye present.

Charming village with a great view and the perfect place to visit both the Makarska riviera and the Omis/Split region. Be aware the village is located on a steep mountain so prepare yourself for lots of stairs.

Nice location, the sea is full of fishes, worth to discover the coastline, away from the main beach. The village has really narrow streets, full with apartments. Have to climb up to your accommodation, which can be hard, especially with small kids. In the harbour there are a few restaurants, with nice foods; a bakery which makes nice pizza (from 12 Eur). You can rent sea kayak / or a small boat (100 Eur per day, should be booked in advance). There is a small food store, has plenty things, not cheap.

It is a small, nice, and peaceful place with two restaurants, a bakery (they always had some bread, even after 8 PM), a grocery store (meat and eggs are available only in the morning), and clean beaches. There are almost no parking places, so it is better to park the car up the hill and go downhill on foot (it is quite steep and takes 10 minutes).

Pisak is a small village with a couple of restaurants, a bakery and an ice cream shop. We tried the two restaurants in town and they were excellent! Local food and wine is available with a beautiful views of the sea. Croatian food is delicious so try the Peka and make sure to order ahead. The fresh fish platter is also excellent! The beach is beautiful and the water clarity is unbelievable. It’s great for snorkeling. Pisak is also close to other towns on the Dalmatian coast. A short drive to beautiful Omis and to Makarska where ferry service is available to other islands. Pisak is located on the coastal cliffs so if you don’t want to go up and down the hill to access the beach, get a place near the water. Driving is difficult so plan on walking. There is no parking/limited parking near the beach area. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, Pisak is for you.

The beaches in the city are mostly private or wild, and no one cleans up. The store in town is very small with a very poor selection of products. There is nowhere to walk, Locals are concerned only with making more money from tourists, but not with their comfort, the most unpleasant thing is that there is no respect for the sea that feeds them. A lot of garbage is thrown into the sea, the beaches are not cleaned.

Small town, little restaurant for many people. It was problem, only one little shop with souvenires. There isnt waste basket in town. Many beaches, dog friendly town. Near is Omiš and there is everything. Very nice town.

This place offers alot. Here you will find friendly local people who will gave you the feeling like you know eachother for eages. Here you will find one inn, one bar and one shop... but you won't miss anything. Here you will find beaches where, perhaps for the first time, it will become clear to you that life can go slower. And last but not least...here you will find lovely accommodation and warm owners, that make you think you don't wanna leave. And you will simply wish to come back. Like me.

The Location of the apartment was perfect. Only within a few minutes walking distance were restaurants, few beaches, grosery shop and Supermarket. The apartment had quite a nice balcony with a sea view. The local people there were very warm welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was tasty. The owner of the apartment was very hospitable and welcomed us nicely. We had a great time there and would definitely come again and can recommend it to everyone.

The location of the apartment is nice, a bit away from the village, which is a bit overcrowded. The view is really nice, the surrounding olive trees are nice. The air-condition is really handy in the evenings. The balcony is lovely. The main beach is about 10-15 mins walk from the accommodation, there are fresh water showers, bakery and restaurants nearby. The owners are sweet, helpful couple.

Great location, especially nice private beach right next to the house to which no others have access. It has a shower, small storage room with fridge and a barbecue right on the beach. Rooms were ok, kitchen was equipped, I would definitely recommend it!
