My 4th stay here, so I can only repeat: I have been traveling in Croatia since many years - meanwhile in all 21 counties (županije incl. Zagreb) - and I must have stayed in more than 30 different guesthouses and hotels. From the smallest family pension in the countryside to large 4-star hotels. And the Boutique Hotel Vela Vrata was one of my very best experiences ever! :D Beautiful, lovely decorated house and very clean room with nice furniture. This time I treated myself to the Junior Suite with balcony and the large room with its beautiful antique mirror is really a hit! Very friendly staff, SUPER breakfast with fresh and high quality food from a large selection!!! :D Well working WiFi, free parking and I also like the big indoor pool very much. Buzet itself is very romantic and beautiful. This time I have stayed for two nights on my way home to Dalmatia. The Hotel has a really supreme restaurant and it was wonderful to eat again one of the best dinner I had ever in Croatia. Another perfect stay and I will quite sure stay here again. Hvala vama od srca!

This house is a perfect place to retreat a little from the world, to not have to worry about anything for a moment. This house is just perfect: with charm, warmth, furnished with care and the right mix between old and new, practical equipment and modern appliances. It can be noted: nothing is missing! The four stars are not by chance: as in the hotel, everything is there. What is best here? It is impossible to highlight anything: Pool, heat cabin, whirlpool, barbecue area, the comfortable sunbeds in front of the house or by the pool, the wine cellar, the super kitchen, the comfortable beds, that every room can be air-conditioned. It is perfect. In addition, with Jasna there is a perfect, loving hostess. She is always approachable, gives great tips, whether excursion, dog beach, restaurant, or hiking. We felt completely comfortable and in good hands during this vacation.
