Super convenient location, very well equipped, really clean and nicely furbished. Host Angelo very supportive and pleasure to talk to. Walking distance to Omis, but not that busy beaches as in Omis. No downsides, really nice stay with family!

Nice apartment with great location. We stayed in the apartment for nine days with a family of four. It was really clean and host was very friendly. It have a new kitchen and almost new bathroom. You have a small shop just around the corner and resturants just on the other side of the Street. The beaches in Duce are great for small children. I will absolutly visit again in the future.

This apartment is perfect for self catering and easy access to the lovely beaches on the coast. It was well stocked with English speaking hosts who couldn't have been more helpful. It has designated parking and a lovely terrace overlooking the sea. It is right next to the beach so on busy days you could just walk to the beach negating the need to find an elusive parking space there.

Our hotel was located in Duce, further away from Omis.

Our hotel was located in Duce, further away from Omis. Duce has nice, sandy beaches, but the town itself is small and the infrastructure is average. The town is located next to the main road. The old town of Omis, its central part, is more beautiful. From there we were able to take a fantastic boat trip to the island of Brac. It was better to have dinner and shop in Omis (or have dinner at the hotel).

Super safe beaches for children. 100m to the dove of the sea, minimum height 160cm. A large number of bars line the wonderful beach promenade. The beach is cleaned and spotless daily. Pedal boats, surfboards, and boats for independent sailing are available for rent.

Location, close to a nice sandy beach. A short walk to the beautiful center of Omiš, close to excellent restaurants and a shopping center. We recommend evening walks around the river, in the harbor and the center of Omiš, including a visit to one of the numerous restaurants. Near the center there are attractions for the whole family (amusement park).

A quiet town with everything you need: shops, bars, restaurants, close to the sea, and beautiful views. Close to the larger town of Omiš, where you can experience the nightlife, stroll through the old town, and experience the attractions.

The accommodation is in a very good location.

The accommodation is in a very good location. In the neighborhood there are the Rogács and the Mediterrán restaurants, where you can find good value food with reasonable prices and very good service. The stand is not crowded, clean, there is a free shower. Split, BRELA, BASKÁ VODA, MAKARSKA are within easy reach.

We were very well received by the host, who made us feel at home and was ready to help with everything. The room was great, clean, with a comfortable bed and a very good sofa bed. The view from the balcony was spectacular, especially at sunset. The place is well located, with restaurants and markets nearby. It is also close to Omis, which is charming. The place is also practically on the beach, it has a tunnel below the main avenue and you will come face to face with a beach with crystal clear water.

We loved everything about it. It is exactly as shown in the pictures online. Clean, comfortable, and with a great shower and comfortable beds. All comforts are there, washing machine, drying rack and line /pegs on balcony, dishwasher, etc. Just six steps up to the apartment from the front door and enough parking spots. Location is great - a 20-minute stroll into Omis centre and the shallow, sandy beaches are about 300m away.

Great location, clean, air conditioning was too good and the best part the owners were so helpful. We can quite late at night and reached split very late. As the owner’s son was driving from split to omis he drove us to yeh apartment and such a warm welcoming experience we had . We would definitely go again. The apartment has a lovely balcony facing the beach and only 3 mins walk from beach.

Very close to the sandy beach and also to the supermarkets. The host was kind and helpful. The apartment is located in Duce, but it's only a 15 minutes walk to the beautiful Omis and its Cetina River. No time to get bored, there is so much to explore!
