The radiation of the hotel and its surroundings is fantastic. Calm, quiet. The breakfast was very delicious. The indoor pool was very pleasant, it was nice to take a dip in it. We cycled around the area, the location is good, although it is difficult to wind up the mountain at the end of the day. It has a convenient bicycle storage room.

Our hostess was friendly and quick to respond. This is excellent value for money; we had a great room with a king bed, a full dinner with wine and liqueur, and a full breakfast for just over 100Euro. The location is lovely, on a working farm with a lovely view and outdoor space. You need a car to get there. I would highly recommend!!

This charming house with its amazing energy is on an excellent place if you are seeking for peace and tranquility. It is spotlessly clean and very well equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can really feel that it was prepared with love and care by the owners. The owners are extremely kind, warm, welcoming, and helpful. The house is located in a peaceful area, ideal for relaxing and recharging, yet also a great starting point for some cycling or hiking trips in the beautiful surroundings of town Buzet. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet retreat with the option for active days in the surroundings along with some gastronomic highlights nearby. It is definitely the place I would love to return to and therefore highly recommended!

A bit off the beaten path, this is a small and compact, yet surprisingly comfortable property. The host was very friendly and helpful. It's in a beautiful area, and my wife and I enjoyed a couple of walks. This property is something quite special.

Exceptionally comfortable room with all possible facilities one can imagine. Quite and comfortable house with gorgeous mount view. Very nice and friendly host ! Excellent strategic location, although it is not close to the sea coast. However, it was our intended choice to stay at this place because it was pretty convenient to reach all beach regions around Istria by car. No more than 40-50 minutes to all main tourist places - Pula, Opatia, Umaq, Medveja, Rijeka, Rovinj etc..,

The apartment is spacious and pleasant to stay in. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and detergents. A big plus is that we found a good amount of spices in the kitchen (salt, pepper, sugar, coffee...). The bathroom is spacious and newly renovated. The beds are comfortable.
