The hosts are extremely friendly and very responsive, thank you for all 😊 The house is in a quiet area, parking is in the yard in front of the house. The apartment was comfortable, outside there is a nice garden for relaxing (mosquito spray is mandatory), outdoor grill area under cover, which is great. The bed and sofa are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and has a large fridge. The apartment is otherwise pleasant but there is always some room for improvement 😊 If you are going to the beach in Kanegra, where parking is paid, tell the host in advance, who will help you 😊 JUST FOR INFO: - Internet and signal: If you work remotely and it's important to you to be available 24/7, you'll have a challenge because the signal is weaker there and the Wi-Fi is a little slower than usual. - Air conditioning: There is no air conditioning in the ground floor apartment, only a fan which is sufficient at normal temperatures but certainly not in the heat. If you are not going to be in the apartment much, this will not be an obstacle. - The apartment is also darker due to the few windows.

Beautiful property at the sea side, wonderful views from the room, attentive and very friendly staff that would go out of their way to make your stay perfect. I would point out ladies in the breakfast room and their fresh pancakes every day. Rooms were newly renovated and lovely. All in all, perfect stay for many reasons

Amazing location, very clean and nice room with balcony. Even though the view was on the hotel garden side it was amazing due to the nice looking garden with trail leading to back private parking. The restaurant has a view directly on the sea and it's seafood oriented. I would recommend this place for people that want to have a nice chill evening after long business meetings and for tourists.

The location is huge, I mean huge. It almost half an island, you can walk and hour and still next to the complex. There are 5-6 hotels, bars, beaches, shops, restaurants on site, you don't even have to go anywhere in Umag. Great place for people with children and also without them. The pool side is nice and there are a lot of place, you don't have to worry about crowd maybe on peak season at breakfast, but it is okay.

The location is simply amazing, since everything is close.

The location is simply amazing, since everything is close. Do you want to explore Istria? Slovenian Coast? Carst? Visit Ljubljana or Trieste? Jump in a car and you are there soon. As for Basania/Savudria itself - the beach is simply amazing, with the pine trees providing shade during all day. The restaurants are also nice. It's a shame that Istria is so often underrated and overlooked, but in my opinion, it is much better place to visit that e.g. Dalmatia.
