One bedroom apartment, quiet and cosy, within walking distance of beach, main plaza & fort, banks, shops and bus terminals. Very little English spoken so all our communication via WhatsApp. Clean but 'tired' in places. Key access (with lockable numeric key safe outside). Small kitchen, lounge area. 4 ring gas hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, juicer, coffee maker, big pots/pans, crockery and limited cutlery. Drinking water available. Chairs, tables and sofas to eat/sit at. Upright fan helps with the hot weather). Excellent wifi/internet/network throughout, with 2 large flat screen streaming (eg Netflix) TVs (although we couldn't get the lounge TV to connect, we're sure the lovely owner, Dora, could have sorted it for us but we were happy with the bedroom TV). A few powerpoints around. Large buckets in shower making clothes washing easy, plenty of drying lines outside. Lots of cleaning products. Good size bedroom with 2 double beds. Bedside drawers and 1 bedside lamp.  Plenty of storage (large wardrobe). Air-conditioning (but doesn't get too hot). Small bathroom/shower, cold water only but not an issue.

Everything was great, fast service, quiet and calm! The owners was great, talked to them and they taught me so much!

Breakfast was a typical menu, but well balanced and well prepared. It was made on time, and we were always asked about our preferences. I am a coffee lover, and I can say they had a very good blend. The view of Trujillo Bay from the dining room is superb! The hotel is clean and nicely decorated.
