Great welcome, even shown to 14th floor room by front desk staff!! Excellent location 150 metres from Nathan Road. Spacious tidy, clean room with bottled water and nibbles included. Location is perfect for a first timer to Hong Kong. The ease of train ride from Airport directly to the hotel. Great views of the harbour. Beyond helpful staff put us onto a Wine and Food festival that was happening the night we stayed. Everything was terrific, highly recommend.

Andie Cheung, Front desk manager, enabled a quick and pleasant check in. Upon request, Andie converted a King bed into 2 beds. Very professional. Wilson greeted me at the airport. I knew my stay would be a pleasant one after meeting up with Wilson. Warm welcoming. Jimmy, the driver, brought me to the hotel in a clean car providing water route. it was a plodrive from the airport to the hotel.
