The hotel’s commitment to cleanliness and service was evident throughout our stay. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and eager to assist, enhancing our experience with their helpfulness and smiles. Additionally, the laundry service was efficient and convenient, which was much appreciated during our extended stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful garden area, a serene oasis perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The hotel also impressed us with thoughtful touches like bedside chargers, complimentary ear plugs, and delightful treats that made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Further adding to the convenience were the additional services offered by the hotel, such as organized tours and shuttle arrangements. These services were seamlessly handled by the staff, making our travel plans effortless. The location of the hotel was ideal, boasting a fantastic sky bar with stunning views, which became our favorite spot to unwind in the evenings. Gustavo, the owner, was a gem of a host—kind, gracious, and always ready to help. His attention to detail and dedication to hospitality deeply enriched our stay.
