A wonderful hotel !!! All was great : the mini suite with wiew on the lake is incredible, the restaurant great, the stuff really nice but the best is to swim in the lake!!!

We stayed at the resort for 4 days. We had a kind welcome by the staff. They helped us with our luggage and gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room. The staff is very friendly and adorable, they helped us in different ways. They were very kind, talkative, helpful, professional, and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast is delicious, filling, fresh, and affordable: the yogurt bowl comes with a lot and different type of fruits. The view of the hotel is super nice, with this lake, and the animals like iguanas, monkeys, and squirrels. Definitely the perfect place to relax and recharge your battery! They offer a free boat service in which they pick you up and drop you off at the main island. It was very flexible and they were always on time. They were always very responsive on Whatsapp which was nice. They always replied within a few minutes. The thing that stood out the most was that the attention to the client was very distinguished and this bought to an high satisfaction from our side. HIGHLY recommended! Thank you for the pleasant stay:)

we stayed two nights and our room was amazing, two double beds and everything was just perfect, great location, big room, and breakfast was great. Aurora was the staff member who was excellent, she helped with everything we needed and she couldn’t do more. We rented bikes while we stayed and she helped with all our further transport and trips after Flores

The view from the room and balcony is worth it alone! The staff welcomed me in and was very friendly! They cleaned my room and made the bed every day which I really liked! There was even a boat to take you to the Island or your shuttle etc which was very helpful.
