Very clean and new looking property, pool right outside the room was great as well. Property was maintained and having a laundry available made it easier to have clothes cleaned without having to pay for laundry.

Arrived to such a warm welcome which continued for the week we were there , nothing was too much trouble and so helpful , spotless clean and great view from our room , bus stopped right outside which was handy as we had stayed in chania for a few days prior, great value for money accommodation

Very good service. The cleaning was perfect. Also we had all inlcusive stay and the food quality and quantiti was in high level. I was thrilled by the helpfulness and Courtesy of the staff at the restaurant. The Madame tha was supervising at the restaurant was brilliant. Our experience at the hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. Everything is just as you see on the pictures and even more beautiful. As this is very important to me the quality of bed and variety of pilows were amazing. Breakfast was a special highlight, with a rich selection of fresh ingredients that catered to every taste. We particularly enjoyed the variety and quality of the food, which was of a very high standard.Resaturant is also petfect place for dinner. Attention to detail was evident throughout, adding to the sense of luxury and comfort. The service was impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking the perfect place on Crete. I will definitely be returning!
