We had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the staff were truly exceptional – both at the hotel and the restaurant. Everything was perfect: the service, the smiles, the kindness, the cleanliness, and how easy and smooth everything was. We loved Abella Hotel it was quiet and serene. The staff couldn't do enough for you and we're full of information and help on what to do and where to go. The hotel is in a central location bus stop outside if needed and the beach across the road. Plenty of restaurants literally on your doorstep. I couldn't fault this small family run hotel it was amazing and if I come back I would definitely stay again. Thank you

I was impressed with how modern the hotel is. You have a tablet next to your bed which controls all the lights and curtains! There are of course manual switches placed everywhere in the room. It’s perfectly planned out as the rooms are huge and enough wardrobe space. The staff is one of the friendliest I have ever met, very helpful with anything you may need from them. The location is amazing as well, the beach is not even 5minutes away, there is a supermarket below the suites (which have the prettiest magnets and souvenirs), and great restaurants are right next to it. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the AC is one of the fastest and strongest I’ve seen. It cooled off the big room in a minute. I was sad to leave this amazing place, would definitely recommend.

We loved every detail about this hotel from start to finish. They were kind enough to offer us a free upgrade to a room with its own shared pool which was spotless clean and had everything we needed. Both breakfast and dinner was fantastic with lots of options - the food was the highlight of the vacation for me, tbh. The prices at the restaurant were quite reasonable, as well. We were able to find sunbeds easily both at the pool and the beach at any time of the day, nobody was reserving spots with their towels etc. All in all, I would definitely book this property again next time when we visit Crete and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay!

- Great location, out of the old town, but close enough that you can go and try some of the incredible local restaurants if you want to. - love the design of the property, the rooms were clever and luxurious and super comfortable beds! Also loved the Elemis products to use in our outdoor bath! - staff were amazing, there was nothing they wouldn’t do to make our stay special. From flowers and champagne being delivered to our room as it was our honeymoon, to cold towels being delivered around the pool. - the pool area, gym and other facilities were spotlessly clean and beautiful. There was never a fight for seats as there are two pools. - food at the hotel was always high quality. The breakfast was super varied as well.
