The staff was extremely kind - we asked to organised us a taxi from the airport and they took care of everything. Pool is gorgeous and great for to swim laps or to lounge. There is also a quiet pool available. The breakfast and coffee are excellent. There is an outdoor gym with 2 bikes and weights and TRX. Yoga and pilates are offered for a small fee. It's mostly for beginners but I enjoyed the classes. The entire property is gorgeous and the staff incredible. We were very comfortable in our room and there was a spot for everything even though at first the room seemed small. The bed is very comfortable and the air conditioning is excellent. The beach was very relaxing. Great food for every meal. The Chania downtown area is very close and highly recommended to shop and go for dinner. Lots to see.

The hotel is amazing - we are definitelly visiting again. Restaurant is great and staff are very pleasant and friendly. Very good both for families with children and for romantic couples. Very quiet in the evenings, as it is located slightly away from the main road. The buiding is designed in such a way that many rooms offer partial sea view.
