We travelled with a whole family group so we booked two family rooms and one single. Everything was very clean, comfortable and new. I highly recommend the place for families with toddlers. Our kids really enjoyed the amazing outdoor playground and we enjoyed the food and drinks of the bar and cafe there. Prices are reasonable. Also the breakfast was very tasty with a lot of choices, even for vegetarians. The single room we have given at the arrival had a bad smell and the ac was not working. The staff changed the room immediately to the junior suite with any other charge.

This hôtel is very quiet, nice room and a swimming pool very useful with hot weather. But the main thing is the hotel staff. The best staff i met. The front desk manager went over and above to find us a ground floor room as we were travelling with our dog. They even added a couple of bowls and a blanket for her! The next day he greeted her by her name, which was so lovely. The dog park at the back of the hotel is a brilliant idea. For humans, we had a large room, very comfortable beds, large marble-clad bathroom with a bath and all the amenities one would want, including a coffee maker and good Wifi. Breakfast was lavish. Definitely on our 'must stay here' list when next in Ioannina.
