You really cannot fault this hotel. It is located in the heart of the city on the waterfront, hence the views, has a modern look and feel, good sized rooms with all that a good hotel must offer to its guests: bathrobes, slippers, kits, very good selection of drinks and snacks in the minibar. Friendly stuff and good breakfast. And for those who are interested in local wines - good Greek wine selection at the restaurant downstairs.

The staff was very helpful and professional, they even gave us a better room when the tub drain in our booked room didn't function. That gesture was amazing, it shows that they really care about the guests. We will definitely come again to the hotel, and wholeheartedly recommend it.

We looked for a good hotel next to the Railway station since our bus to Bulgaria lives from there. The hotel is very modern- actually I will stay again just to try their music and DJ rooms. Comfortable "Hilton-quality" beds and pillows. Open-able windows. Wonderful breakfast. We couldn't swim in the pool on the rooftop, it was raining, but we loved the roof bar. The rooms were excellent and modern, we couldn't hear any noise from neighbors or from the street. The staff just perfect.

I am fond of Thessaloniki. If you want to enjoy each day visit this city without any doubt. The port is the greatest treasure of the city, it opens up magical views of breathtaking and magical sunsets. AVOID at all costs the Minerva Premier Hotel, it's total fraud. Best hotels: Hotel El Greco, Hotel Mandrino. Must visit: The Tiki Boat Klio, The Arabella, these are the unforgettable boats in the port worth visiting. Must visit spots to eat and drink: Literally the best Kitchenbar (for unforgettable dinner with the greatest view), Full Tou Meze (for Greek cuisine), Tolimanaki Ouzadikon (Greek cuisine), Avenida 23 (for the best cocktails), The Bulldogs and The Beast bar (for the best cocktails), The Doragon (very extraordinary and fancy spot)

Great food and restaurant choices; easy to navigate and shop downtown; beautiful adjacent suburbs and beaches; Promenade spectacular - one of the best; people friendly and helpful; ancient and Byzantine locations worth visiting; bus and metro service good; parking non-existent in and close to town. Traffic also challenging if you are in a hurry.

I was in Thessaloniki for two weeks for medical reasons - and was surprised at just how much I grew to really like the city. Plenty of good food, very interesting places to see, sunsets over the harbour, friendly people, good (and cheap) public transport...I hope to visit again.

Thessaloniki is a city not to be missed in your bucket list. Great city with helpful people, places of interests, good vibes, tasty food and nice weather too. Plenty of bars, coffee shops, restaurants, street food and other things u may want to do or need.

Nice hotel in Thessaloniki city center. Good location, though to find a parking slot in Thessaloniki is impossible. The only parking option is a garage nearby that was recommended by the staff at the reception. The room was very nice and confortable. Staff very kind and friendly.

New property with excellent service, highly recommended! Breakfast including White omelette was really a 5 star treatment. They took care of my car and brought it back upon departure, no need of it since hotel was situated in the center of everything.
