Everything was excellent. The place is built in a traditional form, consisting of different little apartments, one next to the other, with a beautiful garden. Really lots of space in the room, very clean and nicely decorated. The lady who runs it is kind and helpful. Answered all our questions very happily and gave lots of advice. Staff was very friendly and obliging. The pool is very large. It is a short drive into Ioannina so you are not amongst large crowds and traffic.

The traditionally built Princess Lanassa is in the 300-year-old country home at Kostitsi, North Tzoumerka. It takes its name after the second wife of King Pyrhos of Epirus.

Nice big hotel with welcoming staff and comfortable rooms. Really enjoyed our stay and the included breakfast was a nice surprise.

We have stayed here previously & the breakfast is very good, with a large variety of options. The buffet is well laid out & has descriptions of each dish, which are all labelled. The room itself is lovely & the temperature was perfect. At the back of the hotel is the Epirus Palace Farm, well worth a visit. In addition, beside the farm is a ‘Doggy Park’, which is well laid out & our little border terrier thoroughly loved it. A perfect dog friendly hotel.
