Our multinational group of friends from Ukraine, Moldova, Romania, and Canada chose an incredible place in Greece, Sivota, and the Oriana Hotel as our meeting point for a shared vacation. As someone involved in the hotel business, I always have a third, all-seeing eye. And this special eye saw a lot to love about this hotel during our stay. We booked two rooms, one for two people and one for three. The rooms turned out to be quite spacious, decorated in pleasant olive-green colors, with fresh renovations and everything we needed. We were impressed by the incredible cleanliness everywhere: in the rooms, the lobby, and the garden near the hotel! The garden is a heavenly and cozy corner of the hotel. Housekeeping was daily, and towels were changed three times over seven days. The hotel owners were very hospitable! The owner was very attentive to guests and offered recommendations for tourist companies that organize day trips by bus and to the island of Paxos. The hotel is located near the beaches, close to boat rentals (which you can rent yourself), a car rental company, excellent restaurants, and shops. If you don't want to walk up and down hills several times a day (as many hotels and apartments are located on hills), then this hotel is definitely the right choice. We were also able to use the hotel's parking lot for our rented car. We highly recommend visiting the Orange restaurant for breakfast, with which the hotel collaborates. Guests of the hotel also get a 20% discount. The food presentation at breakfast is wonderful, and the dishes are quite large and delicious! To the owners of the hotel—our colleagues, as we now call you—we are so happy to have had the opportunity to feel like desired guests. Thank you for your hospitality, warmth, and service! Friends, we recommend this 100%! This hotel is the perfect place for your vacation!

Beautiful, peaceful setting with sublime views.

Beautiful, peaceful setting with sublime views. Small hotel with great attention to detail. The terraces of mature olive trees with sun beds set out amongst them, leading to a small private beach make for a setting hard to beat. Choice of restaurants on the seafront in town - standard Greek menus - Charlie's was our favorite. Recommend a day trip to Paxos - very pretty island.

Amazing beaches with crystal clear waters. Not crowded and very green areas. Reasonable prices at the restaurants. Tranquil and family-oriented places. Worth a visit and a must-visit is the Acherontas springs. Simply amazing.

Sivota is a lovely small town without the overwhelming...

Sivota is a lovely small town without the overwhelming crowds found in nearby Parga. It’s surrounded by many beautiful beaches—rocky, sandy, or pebbly—something for everyone’s taste. Parga is about half an hour away. There are also plenty of excursions on offer, including trips to Corfu, Paxos, and Antipaxos... The town has plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops. It has an excellent fish market and butcher shop, and it's also possible to buy fresh fish directly from the fishermen early in the morning. There’s also a good diving center where you can learn how to dive, as well as buy quality equipment for diving and snorkeling—which is great, considering that Sivota is an excellent spot for both activities.

Bella Vraka tbh was a little underwhelming but Sivota Golf hotel beach was terrific. A week is probably the maximum duration as it isn't a large resort. Ostria restaurant next door was 10/10

Sivota is a pretty little town in a nice bay with islands.

Sivota is a pretty little town in a nice bay with islands. Aimed at tourists, it has nice shops and a good selection of restaurants. The seafront has plenty of sea taxis and daily cruises on offer. The nearest beach is about 10 mins walk from the downtown area. I swam there and was able to continue on around the headland though had to be careful of boat traffic in some places. We found it pleasantly quiet (end August) and relaxing for an overnight stay.

A lot of beaches to explore as well as some little islets...

A lot of beaches to explore as well as some little islets hundreds meters from the center. Very cool and relaxing atmosphere, no over crowded as Parga ! But you need a car to reach a lot of the beaches and obviously a blat for the lil islets. The other big downsize is the to high prices of accommodations for the quality you get and also the prices in tavernas or restaurants 15/20% higher than the other parts on this north west coast of Greece without reasons (not better foid, not bigger demand than other part, not better service !???!!!).

New, clean, modern, spacious - we stayed only 1 night, but would recommend it if Syvota suits one´s expectations. For us the town was a bit too touristic, but well kept and only a short walk from the apartment. There is a nice pool and space for parking, and there are many beautiful beaches in short distance.

We highly recommend this property. It turned out to be the perfect place to stay after arriving in Greece. The friendly and attentive staff thoroughly briefed us on the room's contents. The private pool was fantastic. The view from the pool was wonderful. The covered terrace was perfect.
