Our stay at Kanadia Paradise was amazing. If you want to spend time in the mountains, away from people, with breathtaking mountain views and even more beautiful sunsets, I highly recommend it. Everything was perfect. The owners are very kind, they put their heart into this place, and I wish them all the best with their growing business. The entire hotel is new. Everything was spotless. Flawless. If I ever return to Crete, I will definitely stay here again, because it was truly something special. I will gladly cherish the memories of the time spent here for a long time. The breakfast was excellent as well. We also had dinner at the restaurant connected to the accommodation, and we can only recommend it, everything was delicious.

I've always dreamt of spending a couple of nights during summer holidays not by the seaside but in the mountains. This place fulfilled my dreams! Very comfortable apartment, with a terrace offering a stunning view of dramatic mountain landscapes. The host was very helpful and friendly; she sent us a list of interesting places nearby. We visited most of them and weren't disappointed.

I can’t recommend more this place. My partner and I spent 3 nights here and we had dinner at the taverna everyday. We got a room right in the corner so we had amazing views of the valley. They welcomed us with wine and snacks. Andra is one of the sweetest persons on earth, and her dog can’t be any cuter. They made sure to make us feel like home everyday. They also have a Taverna where they cook everyday fresh food with local products (don’t miss their Dakos), and also with views to the valley. Without any doubt it was our favourite place from our trip. The location is also great as it is between Balos and Elafonisi, two of the most touristy places in the island (although if you like to avoid crowds as us, ask them for beach recommendations so you can discover the places where locals really go to get the authentic Crete experience!)

The house is located in a very quite small village. Even if there is no restaurants in this village, there are a couple of very good ones in a village nearby (4km). We had a warm welcome from Ms Anastasia who took care of everything and provided every day with small surprices made our stay even more pleasant. Also in the appartment we found a lot of welcome surprices and an extra-full equipment. I found that the position of the accomodation was really ideal for visiting all the south coast attrractions...

This is one of the most marvelous places I've ever been. Such a quiet place and extremely charming. The studios are built in a way you have privacy. The room is quite big and has everything you need. The bathroom is so beautiful and has a very nice shower. They use such great elements to make the environment more authentic. I particularly liked the old painted closets and the hammocks outside which made you feel very relaxed considering the view and the concert of the crickets. The pool (with it's view on the surrounding mountains) isn't quite big, but definitely enough for cooling down. The owner is an incredible host! He spoiled us with fresh figs, grapes, pastries. Every morning there's this friendly lady coming to ask if everything is okay and if you need something. Couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. Absolutely loved everything about it! Also, it is an excellent location to explore the west side of Crete!
