This is basically a fully equipped house with private pool. There was not a thing we were missing (only perhaps a microwave?). The pool was regularly cleaned and topped-up. All doors and windows have mosquito nets.

It was perfect, comfortable and clean, had everything we needed in the villa and more. Amazing sea view from the villa, the pool, and access to the sea. Feels like out in nature with privacy, yet walking distance from a beautiful beach, nice mountain easy hiking with amazing view. We loves Vasiliki Port and sivota with Yana's yamy restaurant. We were very sad to leave, we will defenetly come back. Thank you Amir and Mila for a great service and contacts with the locals for activities

I loved everything here, the room, the breakfast, the staff were fantastic. The place wasn't fully functioning when I was there, no pool toilets. I don't believe you could have lunch or dinner there...

Fantastic little town with nice vibe, good restaurants, very friendly people. You must have a car and explore the island and many beaches and restaurants. We did a great organised boat trip on one day, went to Fiskardo, Ithaca and many beaches. Also hired our own boat one day from Nydri which was also fun (Trident Boats was the company, very good)

Sivota is a pretty port village with a good selection of...

Sivota is a pretty port village with a good selection of restaurants. bars and shops. It is in the south of the island so there is some driving required to see other parts of Lefkada. There are now frequent power cuts in the summer season due to an increase in tourism and dated infrastructure.

I fell in love with Sivota.

I fell in love with Sivota. It is a lovely cove filled with restaurants, bars, and small shops. The food there was delicious. For breakfast, I recommend Sivota Bakery Cafe. They had the best fredo espresso coffee and tasty savory and sweet Greek food. For lunch/dinner, I recommend Taverna Spyridoula (the vegetable risotto was the best I’ve ever had in my life) and 12 Gods Taverna (the fagri fish was so well cooked. Congratulations to the chef). We also had the pleasure to rent a boat from the business next to Sivota Bakery Cafe and we had so much fun! We visited several beaches along Meganisi island that can only be accessed by boat, and it was a magical experience with our friends.

Sivota is a charming harbour town, with lots of excellent eating options, several supermarkets and bakeries, and an excellent pharmacy. We rented a motor boat for two days from Sivota Bay Boats which was a brilliant way of getting to see the whole island and getting to some more remote beaches. Highlights of our snorkelling adventures included seeing starfish. I have never seen water as blue as Lefkada. And the best meal of all was at T'Aloni in the mountains which was so good, we went back the next evening to try other things on the menu.

Still unspoilt traditional old fishing village with plenty of great restaurants and al fresco dining at the water's edge, nestled in a beautiful inlet that serves as a natural harbour. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Absolutely stunning views from hillside villas close to the town. And easy access by car from the airport - and to places of interest in Lefkada, including being only 10 minutes' drive to Vassiliki if you fancy windsurfing and even more bars and restaurants.

Charming resort with an attractive marina and good selection of restaurants. Two supermarkets, bakery that serves great ice cream, chemist and souvenir shops. There is a great cocktail bar. Parking can be an issue after 19:00hrs

It’s a beautiful and well designed contemporary property that very comfortably accommodated our family of five adults with elegant spaces inside and out. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The villa is very private and peaceful and integrates beautifully into the landscape. The view of the islands from the villa is absolutely superb and you could watch the boats sail in and out of Sivota Bay. The entertaining area is really well designed to capture the superb view.

Location, villa, garden and views absolutely stunning! Fabulous combination of private waterfront, pool and hot tub and the balcony and seating areas all had incredible viewpoints. Lovely open plan kitchen and living space, comfortable bedrooms and the ground floor studio was great for the teenagers. Plenty of room for 7 of us to enjoy our stay. Sivota Bay is very pretty with wonderful places for food, drinks and boat hire, easily walkable too.

After spending a few weeks in different hotels around greek islands, i can say that this was the cleanest of all of them. It was a family run hotel with very helpful and kind people.The location is Top, walking distance from all the restaurants, bars , supermarkets.I fully recomend this hotel.

Lovely villa with very good size pool, and wonderful views. We were well looked after by the concierge service (What's on Greece) who helped with reservations for dinner and boat trips. Sivota Bay is wonderful. Cleaners came mid-stay. Villa was spotless.
