The swimming pool is clean and well taken care of. The garden is well kept, tidy and beautiful. We had a shot but sweet stay here and even though we stayed one night they let us chill by the pool the day after even after check out.

The location is excellent. Kato Zakros is the perfect place to relax. Even in the middle of the summer, it is not crowded. It has some small, but delicious and relatively cheap restaurants next to the beach. The Zakros Minoan palace is a 5-minute walk from the property. The exit of the Gorge of the Dead is two minutes away. Xerokampos, which is famous for its sandy beaches, is a 20-minute drive. The property itself is excellent for a family; it is clean, it has all the facilities you may need, and has a perfect view to the sea.

I booked last minute as I was on the road & decided to stop. It's a nice apartment, large with everything you need. It's up on the old road to Zakros so great views. Nikos, Manoli & Giorgos from the Taverna at kato Zakros are helpful & super friendly, you collect the key from there.. Zakros minoan palace ruin is just down the road & walking to the gorge is easy. Great food there right on the beach, peaceful, traditional & good for the soul. I will return 😀..efharisto

Everything was perfect. Nothing should change.

Everything was perfect. Nothing should change. The attraction of the area I love is Voila the middle ages deserted village. At Chandras central square of the village there are to cozy small restaurants with delicious recipes of the area. The place is rural, and comes from the past. It is a magic place.
