Very nice, clean and spacious apartment over 2 floors, with stunning sea views. The house was fully equipped with everything we could ever need. The owners were very helpful, proactive and accommodating and provided many suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants. We really felt like home and can't wait to be back!

The Owner of TBH was delightful and very pleasant. Her smile was inviting and genuine. We had a nice room with a balcony from which we could see the beach. The offered free bike rentals and we took advantage of the opportunity to ride in the morning. The breakfast included in the price was delicious and plentiful with a wide variety of choice. Highly recommend staying at Thomas Beach Hotel!

The location was very beautiful,it is very close to supermarket, taverns, Museum Marathons, bakery shops, bus stations, church and other public facilities. Hosts Mrs Flora ,Mr Mihalis and their son Constantinos was very helpful, kind, generous and make our stay comfortable.We enjoyed the sea and the beach around was very beautiful ,” Skinia beach”was 11min with the car .

Everything was wonderful, it was like staying in a 5 star hotel, with all you need and more, with a gorgeous view of the see, just like you see in the photos. The host was magical, she helped us finding the building, she showed us everything around. We found treats, wine, water, natural orange juice, fresh eggs, fruits…. A lot of things that you usually don’t find in a hotel (not even am all inclusive one). She also gifted toys to our kids… she was wonderful. Everything was brand new, beautiful and clean. You could find parking really fast just outside the building, free parking, was self check in … around you could find a lot of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, playgrounds, beach, everything you want was right there…. We had a perfect stay and we are planning to come back with our extended family because there is an apartment right beside…. Thank you for everything… it was our first time in Greece and you maded a wonderful experience for us… very nice and friendly people

Everything within 5 to 15 minutes: shops, restaurants, day...

Everything within 5 to 15 minutes: shops, restaurants, day trips, peace and quiet, and tourism primarily for the Greeks, so no mass tourism from certain countries. It's also a good base for museums and the Smart Park shopping center. A rental car is recommended, as public transport and Uber aren't always ideal.

It's a lovely destination for relaxing, soaking up the sun,...

It's a lovely destination for relaxing, soaking up the sun, and enjoying the stunning views. Beautiful beaches and several destinations like Athens or Mykonos are easily accessible from there. The relatively long distances to shops and tourist attractions were a slight drawback.

The surrounding area isn't particularly interesting, and this isn't—or rather, no longer is—the place to come for entertainment. However, the villa is ideal, and everything is done to ensure you have a wonderful stay. One of the two bakeries Ira recommended—the second one, I believe, in Marathon—is exceptional; the cakes there are delicious.

The wildfire situation had both positive and negative...

The wildfire situation had both positive and negative aspects. Positive: only residents were allowed in the area, which made the beach pleasantly quiet. Negative: barbecues were not permitted. There was plenty to see in the area, but traffic in the nearby town was somewhat hectic.
