This place was exactly what we were expecting from viewing the online photos. The triple rooms are perfect for families with one or even 2 children (smaller one) and they are like 20steps from the beach. They come equipped with a small kitchen that has everything needed: 3 large plates, 3 small plates, 3 forked, 3 spoons, etc, a bigger and smaller pot, am electric kettle, independent working fridge and an electric stove. We were informed since arriving that the cleaning and changing of the bedsheets and towels was done every 3 days. Good points: - was impressed with the cleaning ladies, I once left something in the kitchen from that morning thinking I would wash it in the afternoon when returning from the beach and found it washed. - was impressed they have us dish detergent and a new, sealed dish sponge (I really dislike using someone else's sponge). - we received also an anti-mosquito device to plug in (although we did came prepared). - it is extremely well positiones if you don't want to use your car daily: there's tons of taverns to chose from, supermarkets, 20m from the beach and also very close to a nice view-point area were you can enjoy your morning coffee on a bench, viewing all Sarti Beach and sea. - the host is somewhere nearby so if there is any issue he will come in few minutes (and is also very responsive on WhatsApp)

Close to the beach(100m), very nice, modern apartment. You got strong, free Wifi, Netflix, AC, everything what You need. Owners Kosta and Maria are very nice, making sure everything is perfect and You get what You paid for. Sure will book again!

We had a wonderful stay in this accommodation, which would even make you want to stay longer! The accommodation is in a superb village, with all amenities nearby and, above all, direct access (and a superb view) of the sea. The hotel owners are very accommodating and helpful. They are always willing to advise and help. The hotel is very clean and pleasant to stay. The location is right by the beach. There are outdoor showers in the garden next to the hotel, which you can use when you return from the beach. The hotel has its own beach bar. They offer drinks and food from their own kitchen. Food and drinks are brought directly to your sunbed.

Sarti is a lively tourist destination, but it can feel...

Sarti is a lively tourist destination, but it can feel crowded and noisy, especially for families with young children. There are plenty of attractions for kids, such as toy stands, small rides, and rental cars designed for children, which can be fun but also create constant distractions. However, the lack of pedestrian zones and proper sidewalks makes walking around less safe and comfortable.

Sarti is a beautiful and relaxing destination, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The beach is long and inviting, with clear waters, and the town has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. There’s a nice mix of small shops, cafes, and places to eat, making it easy to enjoy your time without feeling rushed. The surroundings are picturesque, and everything feels calm and laid-back. Restaurant called Taverna Pirofani. You must try it! Go a bit before 7:00 PM and you’ll likely get a table without a reservation. Another great spot is Restaurant Argiris — the food was excellent. If you're craving a good gyros, Ovelix Gyros is a great choice. As for beaches, be sure to visit these three — swimming with fish is such a magical experience: Paralia Klimataria Agridia Beach (Sunbeds + umbrella for 2 people only 5 EUR — definitely try the grilled octopus!) Kalamitsi Beach You can also bring your own towel and umbrella if you prefer a free, no-cost beach experience.

Best beaches on Sitonia are on the east side around Sarti. Picturesque bays with sand, rocks and trees, overlooking Mount Athos. Offroad vehicle recommended for full experience. Boat trips are a thing to do. Also camping.

The town itself is a wonderful place with old part and new.

The town itself is a wonderful place with old part and new. The beach is sandy and long with lots of beach bars and free spaces for tourists to enjoy the beach. There are plenty of restaurants with varieties of food to choose from. I recommend to try the seafood. It is delicious and fresh. Their famous Greek salad, saganaki, the zucchini chips and basically all the dishes are a treat to the taste buds. The pancake shops and the pastry shops offers delicious sweets. Great choices of ice creams as well. Basically the food will not disappoint at the slightest. The town center offers lots of shops for souvenirs and clothes. For the kids there are lots and lots of toys on display to buy. The amusement arcades are filled with children laughter. There are several beaches with crystal clear water one can enjoy, if one wants to explore the surroundings of Sarti, such as Protokali beach (wonderful beach but overcrowded during high season) , Armenistis Beach and Platanitsi Beach (bear in mind these are camps and entrance is being paid), Vourvourou (a must see) , Paradise Kavourotripes Beach, Kalamitsi beach... These are the surrounding beaches which can be reached by car within 10-20 min. Hope I spark some interest in to visisting this lovely place. Travel safe and enjoy life!

The host, Fotini, was very friendly and helpful with good reccomandations about what to visit. The apartment was confortable, clean and had a nice terrace. The location has a nice garden for relaxation and is very close (5 min walk) to the Sarti beach (the part which is not deep-perfect for kids, towards Mount Athos).We appreciated having coffee capsule every morning.We definitely recommend this hotel as is located near to the most beautiful beaches in the East Sithonia (Klimataria, Kalamitsi, Orange, Paradise)!

The house is located in a very quiet area on the beachfront in the so-called Novi Sarti, about 1.3 km from the center. The rooms are very spacious, clean. There is plenty of parking space in front of the house. The beach is wide, clean with beautiful sand with a beach bar nearby if you need it. The supermarket is right next door, but it doesn't work out of season. The host is very pleasant and answered all our questions and requests immediately.

The location is perfect. The hotel looks new and it's very comfy and clean. The room is big enough for 3 persons, the bathroom is also with good size. The staff are nice. They clean the room every day and change the towels on every 2days. The hotel is next to the beach. Also has bar and sunbeds.
