Service was exceptional with staff going above and beyond making excellent recommendations and providing an amazing spread for breakfast. Panoramic oof top breakfasts were delicious and varied day to day. The chef was very proud of her creations and you could taste it!

The staff, hospitality, food and atmosphere were exceptional. Spa facilities and services provided, massages, were outstanding. The food buffet had everything you could imagine and more. The hotel is in the perfect location - one step outside the door and you’ll be soaking up all the atmosphere of Rethymno’s old town! The standard room we booked was spacious, comfortable and very pretty. It was perfect and had everything we needed! The team is really lovely. Athena made sure our room was ready for an early check-in. On top of that, they were welcoming and friendly to talk to. Thank you for making our stay even more special than it was! Would definitely go back :)
