I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the location was perfect — just a few minutes’ walk to the sea. A special thank you to the lovely lady at the reception who made everything even more pleasant. The breakfasts were delicious, and everything overall was simply excellent. I will definitely come back again!

We originally booked the hotel for 3 nights but loved it so much we stayed an extra three nights then, after travelling to Xylocastro and Nafpaktos for a couple of weeks we returned to Loutraki to stay in Hotel Excelsior for our last few days. We stayed firstly in a seaview room which was excellent, then in a family room which was even better. On our way home we treated ourselves to the suite which gave us lots of space. Every room was immaculately clean and we loved the fact that furniture was of the more traditional style.We absoutely loved every minute of our stay in this hotel which was our favourite in the entire trip. The staff were outstanding making us feel very much at home. Every single person from everone on the reception desk, the lady at breakfast, the ladies who clean the rooms and the lovely lady who acted as night porter were all fabulous. They were professional but relaxed , the perfect combination. Always ready to help and seemed happy in their jobs.We loved them all and were very sad to leave but we will be back.

Very friendly and helpful staff! We felt very welcome when checking in. There is a special storage room for the luggage, in case you want to leave your bags before your room is ready or after your check-out. Spacious and modern room with a comfortable bed. Great rain shower with adequate hot water. The bathroom was equipped with helpful mini kits and the soaps, body lotion etc. were provided in big bottles, making it a more environmentally friendly option! Everything was clean and new. The isolation was really good. We could hear no noise from the busy street when our balcony door was closed. Airco worked great. Connecting to the Wi-Fi didn't require a password! The connection was very stable. Central location, near the beach and the restaurants. They provide big beach towels at the reception, so there is no need to pack your own if you have limited space.

First of all, view from the balcony is stunning. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed is great and first night we slept 11 hrs! We had a chance to have a Christmas Eve Dinner - kitchen is great and a cook have a great taste. Breakfasts were quite good although cheese and poultry could be something more than a Seven Eleven thing.

Comfy and huge beds, also they provided nice cot for a baby. view to the street is also a great mountain view. Descent breakfast- coffee, tea, croissants, cheese, ham, sausages, boiled eggs. Really nice hotel. Absolutely recommended! Staff is very polite and helpful.
