Beautiful hotel with elegant traditional architecture design, exceptional view. The staff and owners were very kind and friendly making sure everyone was having a good time. Breakfast was great with great variety for all tastes with local products as well.

We couldn’t have been happier with this apartment. It’s exceptionally spacious and immaculate throughout, and the host went above and beyond—surprising us with delicious home‑cooked treats and even stocking the fridge with fresh eggs for breakfast. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, and both the linens and towels were pristine. A five‑star stay from start to finish!

Sofia welcomed us with a big smile and fresh baguettes from her family’s bakery. She was very friendly and available for any question we had. The apartment is beautiful and bigger, much nicer than in the pictures, very clean and comfortable. The shower and hot water was the best we had in our month in Greece. The view from the balcony is spacious - you can see the mountains, valley and the Aaos river. The apartment is close to the center of Konitsa- 5 mins walk only. We recommend you book it if you plan a vacation in zagori or Konitsa!

Very quiet room, everything was new and functional, easy parking right outside, helpful hostess made us feel at home. Also, at a convenient flat street, as good a place as any since you need a car anyway to go around in Konitsa due to the high incline.
