Everything is perfect! It is one of the best place you can find!
The house is beautiful, big and with a incredible view on the sea. It is very good furnished and equipped. You will find all that you need for your daily life and activities (towels, computer, barbecue, kayak boats...). Plus it is perfectly clean.
The garden is wonderful with a awesome hot tub.
We greatly appreciated the kindness of the owners and their little special attentions: wine, fruits and pastries.

Also they sorted our transfers for us and it was easy and amazing, thankyou so much!

Perama is nice, there are several restaurants, beautiful views over the sea, beaches, the water is crystal clear, you can have a great view on the airport of Corfu, where the airplanes fly directly over your head and cross to the other side, where are more restaurants, hotels, shops and beautiful views. You can also make a boat trip to Mouse island, but when we were there they were closed.

Perama is nice, very busy area tho. The best thing about Perama is the Mouse Island - a must see, really. I don't like the fact that they don't have sidewalks there and not a lot road crossing paths. The bus is fairly easy to take, so we could also do our travel without a car rental.

Perama is a series of houses and hotels, stretched along a very busy route from Corfu to the south. There are no sidewalks - walking along the road is life threatening. Of course, this place is not suitable for families with children. There are several lovely coves under the steep coast directly opposite the Mouse Island, where you have to go down steep stairs. At the end of September there are very few people. The beach is just a concrete slab under a steep bank with a few sun loungers. Descent down the steep stairs. There are buses passing by that can take you quickly to Kuerkira or (in the opposite direction) to Benitses. It is better to go there for dinner - there are many good restaurants. Perama is the best place for those who come to explore the island by car and do not like noisy crowded beaches.

Horrible experience, unfriendly and unprofessional receptionists, broken sink the whole bathroom was flooded in water. Horrible noise from the road, planes and guests. They also cleaned with water the stairs without putting a sign of wet floor and I almost killed myself,

Booked this hotel in Perama as some reviews spoke of the lovely view. The view is stunning but is unfortunately marred by planes coming in to land every 10 to 15 minutes. They are very close and very loud. Fortunately didn’t continue through the night. Perama is basically a strip of busy main road so doesn’t have a holiday feel but we booked so we wouldn’t have too long a journey to the airport. The taxi was €28 so not much cheaper than traveling from Agios Gordios which is on the other side of the island. There are buses to Corfu town but we had already visited so didn’t catch this bus, Corfu town is definitely worth a visit for plenty of character. In hindsight wouldn’t stay here again as had no charm and even though it’s closer to the airport and Corfu town wasn’t much cheaper to get there.

It's a great distance from the main city.
It's a great distance from the main city. The bus ride took less than 20 minutes. For those with young children though, it is important to be aware that the street which the hotel is on, is busy and winding and without pavement in many places.
Very nice, new, modern and clean accommodation. Itc close to Corfu city center. It's not far to beaches and historic monuments around. There are good connections by bus but it's good to drive a car around too.
Dimitris was great host as he was very nice in person and helped us with everything that we needed (car rent, advices on restaurants, places to see, possible boat rent and many others...)
Great place to stay in Corfu. Price was great too. 🙂
The hotel is operated by a local family, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I highlight the view, it is the most beautiful room with a view to Mouse island and the bay. Regarding the cleaning, it is not true that the rooms are dirty, we received fresh towels each day and they cleaned the room also.
We spent one week at Corfu and the hotel made our stay fantastic and super pleasurable.
We will come back definitely ♥️
Thank you very much!
Fantastic welcome to this excellent hotel. South of Corfu town with wonderful sea views from every room. This family run hotel feels like home. A lovely little beach with sun beds and umbrellas and crystal clear water. Paddle boards are provided (definitely will try them next time). We had supper here which was probably the best meal we had in our three week stay in Corfu. Excellent breakfast.! We will be back
Apartment was really comfort and quite well equipped, we had everything needed. I have to point out hospitality, our hosts were so polite and helpful with finding the best option for rent a cat, they also gave us nice tour through the city and many recommendations for beaches and tavernas on Corfu. Also, apartment is ~10 min away from city center. Value for the money 10/10.
Everything was great, the location, the view from the room, the beach, the food, but especially the staff of the hotel, who were helpful and nice people, ready to help you and give you advice about places you can visit and activities you can do in Corfu. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and for sure I will revisit this place again.
We really had a great time here, Panos and his family are great hosts, great communication and great recommendations around Corfu for locations and restaurant. I would like to thank this great family once again, without you guys our experience around Corfu with our little 7 months child wouldn't have been the same.
All the best for you all!
The location of the hotel is very good for travelers arriving by plane. The employees are friendly but not overly so. The breakfast was excellent. The floor where the reception, restaurant and lobby are located looks good. The restaurant on the roof of the hotel is excellent with a beautiful view. The view from all rooms is beautiful.
Family owned hotel in a great location to explore the island and be close to the city of Corfu. If you have a car there is parking space and if you use the public transport there is a bus stop outside the hotel!!
The breakfast was good and the room was very clean!!!!
It's a perfect value for money choice for Corfu...
Everyone was kind and helpful. The room was clean when we arrived and it was cleaned during our stay too. Breakfast was plenty and tasty and it was served to us personally - we just had to sit down to one of the tables. :) Bus stop, shop are close. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Perama.
A comfortable, reasonably equipped apartment in a location close to Corfu town and the airport. Very nice pool and bar area. Convenient for public transport and a tourist bus route. Rooms serviced every day which is quite unusual for apartments. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The room was large and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent as they made the food anyway you want it. Coffee and orange juice with great pastries as much as you want. The nicest staff you could find in a hotel, beyond my expectations. They love their customers.
The staff were really friendly and helpful even the ones who didn't speak much English tried as hard as possible to help you and the hotel is in a great location to get into the town.i would definitely stay here again when visiting Corfu.
Lovely lady at reception, very welcoming and friendly! Bus stop just outside which takes you into Corfu city for only €2.30 a person, going mostly every hour, would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
Great size rooms, pool was good with lots of sunbeds along with a nice decking area with access to the sea. Loved the pool bar and sea view from the balcony. Handy for buses to Corfu Town and Benitses.
The staff were amazing! The views were fantastic and the room was always clean. There is a travel agency and bus stop at the hotel as well making it easy to get into Corfu town.
Owner was really friendly. Beach is just few metres away from the hotel. Wi-fi connection is working from the beach. Good public connection to the Corfu Town.
It had everything you would need. Was comfortable and in a good location for buses into Corfu town. Dimitris was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend.
