The Apartman building is just a few steps away from the beach. The Siel family has a nice cafe shop at the promenade (just behind the apartman building) and they offer sunbeds with umbrellas for free for guests. You can enjoy nice breakfast (eggs, sandwiches etc), drinks (different kind of coffees, smoothies, milkshakes etc) and ice cream. The water bus stop is just a few minutes walk and makes it is easy to visit Thessaloniki. Perea beach and the apartman is easy to access from the airport (only 15-20 min by car/taxi (taxi was about 20-25 EUR)). We really appreciated that we could leave our luggage in a closed storage room as our plane only left at the evening.

If you are tired of big cities and looking for cozy place - thats the one, especially out of the season. Seaside very long and nice to walk, you'll appreciate it specially after nice restaurants / tavernas you have there. Food is great.

It's the best place to take a break and continue your journey to wherever you are going, the beach is kind of OK, I wasn't going to swim anyway, the place is relaxing, and it adds a stop as a break in the journey, which makes everything easier.

I like Perea so much. Nice and warm place to stay. Plenty of restourants, shops, markets, lounges. You can walk and just enjoy the weather or stay on the sea, very joyful place to stay and breath clean air.

Perea is a lovely destination if you enjoy sandy beaches.

Perea is a lovely destination if you enjoy sandy beaches. The beach bars along the coast are perfect for chilling out and spending lazy days by the sea. For more activities or sightseeing, you’ll need to go outside Perea. It’s relatively well connected, but don’t expect fast or very frequent transport. Still, it’s a great spot if your priority is sun, sand, and a seaside vibe. Nomad and Abuelos are perfect beach / brunch bars and Taverna Thalassopoulia a great Greek restaurant.

I would not recommend Perea beach as a holiday destination. The beach means a narrow piece of land. The sand is dirty, there is rubbish everywhere even in the water. The sea si full of sea weed. There are no water sports in the area. There are paid sunbeds that we did not use. However, the restaurants are good and the food is cheap.

At the time of our stay, it wasn't overcrowded, and a lot of local people were frequent visitors to the beach. The town is kind of suburbia of Thessaloniki, and it is close to the big shopping malls and all that Thessaloniki can offer. The atmosphere is more casual both during the daytime, as well as during nights.

A brand new building at a perfect location, almost at the beach. The room was lovely with air-conditioning, very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and a huge terrace. It was sparkling clean. Also, we arrived there in a very tough situation as our Airbnb host cancelled just before we arrived in Greece and the ladies running this place managed to prepare our room in less than 30min so we could relax after the stressful arrival. The hostess is very kind and communication was a pleasure. We'll be back for sure.

We have stayed at the Royal many times and we are always impressed by the genuine hospitality and reliable level of service, which is why we keep going back! Breakfast is always a feast and the freshly made barista coffee is wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and it is definitely our hotel of choice when flying in or out of Thessaloniki.

I spent one night in Perea in order to pick someone up at Thessaloniki Airport (BTW: you can park there for free up to 20 minutes). The location is ideal for that kind of operation but not for people who come for beach adventures. By bicycle everything is near but on foot it is a bit of a walk to the nearest grocery store etc.

It was 20meters from beach,it was very nice clean everything was perfect the host was very nice they told us places for good reastorants...☺️ I liked every detail in the apartment🙂I will go every time when I'm going to Greece 🇬🇷
