The hotel is new, clean and functional. It is also close to the beach and also to the restaurants. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful when I needed to find a pharmacy on duty on a Saturday night. Really appreciate this! We were also provided with a packed breakfast because we had to leave early for the airport. There are mosquito nets on the balcony door, so you can safely enjoy the fresh air.

The room was very clean, comfortable, the furniture was brand new, the room had everything needed for a full-fledged stay and it had a beautiful sea view. The building was in perfect condition as well as it was clean. I was very satisfied by my stay. I will definitely come back and I recommend it to everyone.

It's the best place to take a break and continue your journey to wherever you are going, the beach is kind of OK, I wasn't going to swim anyway, the place is relaxing, and it adds a stop as a break in the journey, which makes everything easier.

I like Perea so much. Nice and warm place to stay. Plenty of restourants, shops, markets, lounges. You can walk and just enjoy the weather or stay on the sea, very joyful place to stay and breath clean air.

Perea is a lovely destination if you enjoy sandy beaches.

Perea is a lovely destination if you enjoy sandy beaches. The beach bars along the coast are perfect for chilling out and spending lazy days by the sea. For more activities or sightseeing, you’ll need to go outside Perea. It’s relatively well connected, but don’t expect fast or very frequent transport. Still, it’s a great spot if your priority is sun, sand, and a seaside vibe. Nomad and Abuelos are perfect beach / brunch bars and Taverna Thalassopoulia a great Greek restaurant.

I would not recommend Perea beach as a holiday destination. The beach means a narrow piece of land. The sand is dirty, there is rubbish everywhere even in the water. The sea si full of sea weed. There are no water sports in the area. There are paid sunbeds that we did not use. However, the restaurants are good and the food is cheap.

At the time of our stay, it wasn't overcrowded, and a lot of local people were frequent visitors to the beach. The town is kind of suburbia of Thessaloniki, and it is close to the big shopping malls and all that Thessaloniki can offer. The atmosphere is more casual both during the daytime, as well as during nights.

Great place, both relaxing and full of life.

Great place, both relaxing and full of life. Lots of places where you can eat local and international cuisine, bars on the beach, tavernas with Greek music. Close to Thessaloniki, 15-20 minutes drive.

A beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. Plenty of amenities in the hotel room and the bathroom was very smart. If you book to stay here, please eat in the restaurant based on the roof of the hotel. Magnificent views and the food was amazing. The pork belly gnocchi we had as a starter was the best gnocchi we have ever eaten.

Great location on the beach front in the centre of Perea with fantastic views over the gulf. Great value for money including a standard hotel buffet breakfast. Comfortable, clean room.We had hospital business in Thessaloniki all week and it was a good base for this purpose as the city is very close.

Beautiful quiet location and at the same time close to the airport. The hotel is very clean and comfortable with a striking view on the valley and beyond. Good pool , friendly service. It was a perfect place to finish our holiday in Greece before taking a plane the following day.
