The location is excellent, right across from the sea and situated on a street full of shops and restaurants. Everything was spotless, with fresh towels provided daily. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to shorten our vacation. What truly stood out was the empathy and support we received from both the manager and the front desk staff — their kindness made a difficult moment much easier to bear. The place has an amazing location, right in front of the beach. There is a wonderful restaurant in the sme building open all year, which is very convinient for those who travel outside high season. Breakfast is served in this restaurant (with sea view) and it is very rich!! Apartments are decorated n a very nice way. Clean and stylish.

The attention to detail in the furnishings showed the care put into maintaining the accommodations. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the pool. It was crystal clear and inviting, offering a refreshing escape from the summer heat. The entire family had a blast splashing around and relaxing by the poolside. Our experience was absolutely wonderful! The house had everything a family could possibly need, fully equipped, super clean, and incredibly comfortable. Spacious and cozy, it truly made us feel at home. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and very close to the town center, so everything was easily accessible without a car. But what truly made our stay unforgettable were the amazing hosts. They treated us like their own children, with warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. It’s rare to meet people who care so deeply and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Honestly, it was the best place we could have stayed and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and heartwarming holiday. A big thank you from all of us!

We were at the very end of the season so it was quiet and lots were closed. You really need to travel around and visit other beachrs in the area. More are prettier than Pefkohori as it is a small town.

The place is suitable if you are visiting Greece on budget.

The place is suitable if you are visiting Greece on budget. It is very crowded and it s a nightmare to find a parking spot. We visited few traditional tavernas( Ouzeri Las Pas,Villa Ella ( has live music) and had very tasty greek dishes :tzatziki , Greek salad, fried zuchini, fried white bait, aubergine salad, grilled sardines, stuffed peppers, chicken souvlaki. The prices are reasonable.

Overall Pefkohori is good located, there is 24 hours restorants and magazines. Everything is near the beach, the personal on the restaurants are kind. Last year we visited Nikiti. It was more better than Pefkohori in every one way!

I found Pedkochori too busy.

I found Pedkochori too busy. Had visited years ago and found that some of the charm is gone because of over tourism. We have family in Pefkochori and will continue us to visit, but found ourselves staying at the hotel and not venturing into town because of the congestion.

The village small and packed with people on the weekend.

The village small and packed with people on the weekend. There are decent beaches in town, but you need to get there early to catch a good spot. There are nice places to eat by the sea with tables in the sand which is nice. In the evening the seaside alley is packed with people until late.

For those of us born in western Turkey, the culture, habits, and warmth of the people here feel very familiar. That’s probably why we feel such a natural connection with our Greek neighbors. Their food culture, hospitality traditions, and the respectful way they approach their work have always impressed me deeply. Iasmos is a great place to stay if u are going to Pefkohori. Katerina is a superb person and we had amazing stay with her. She was so helpful and kind. The greatest thing is a private parking so you dont have to think about safty of your car. Beach is near, a lot of supermarkets and restaurants. Room was clean. New sheet and towels changed daily. It is positioned so that you have your own peace and quiet. We will come back for sure and i would recomend to anyone. Thank You Katerina for being the best, we really felt like beeing home <3
