The place was very modern. On arrival at the place, we were greeted by professional and friendly staff. They also talked us through the room facilities and gave us a complimentary sparkling wine. The massage therapist Maria was also amazing in the spa sessions. Extremely professional and we felt so much more relaxed after the therapy session :) 100% recommending their spa facilities. We will definitely book again when we come to Chania again.

The hotel is very nice. Great location, good breakfast and a la carte dinner. Friendly staff, especially the night receptionist and waiters. The rooms were cleaned daily, had all the amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Everything. The staff were so friendly and kind, with a warm welcome every day. The hotel rooms themselves were luxurious beyond belief, with some of the most comfortable bedding I’ve ever slept in. I nearly wouldn’t have been able to get out of bed each morning on account of it, but for the breakfast, which was my food highlight of my holiday (which was a high bar to top). Well done to all - probably the best overall hotel experience of my life!

Great hotel, The staff were first class. My gratitude to Ioanna, Kostas , Tony, and a special thank you to Galine, who was amazing. Tha rooms were fantastically clean, the location , close to everything yet ,very quite. Breakfast, if anything was far too plentifull, but very tasteful, and top quality . My sincere congratulations to all involved with the hotel. My stay there will be a wonderful memory. Will be back soon.

Beautiful room in an absolutely excellent location, right on the harbour in the old venetian port. View from the room was amazing - this was the reason we booked this hotel and it did not disappoint. the room and the bed were extremely comfortable. We had a very comfortable and restful nights sleep. Although in a busy location, we were not disturbed by noise. The lighting in the room was very impressive, no detail had been overlooked, and the bathroom was very stylish. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, and breakfast was fresh and plentiful. All in all, a very nice start to our holiday, would definitely recommend.

Pazinos consists of a (very) old part with narrow streets...

Pazinos consists of a (very) old part with narrow streets and old houses. Surrounding it are a few wide streets with newer, larger houses. The Agios Ioannis Eleimon Monastery is located on the main road to the airport. Unfortunately, it was closed when we visited.
