Everything was neatly organized and very well planed. Next to our window, we had a palm tree with bird nest inside and lots of birds were tweeting. The apartment is very close to the beach and has a small marked next to it. The hosts wew very pleasant and welcoming. We are very thankful for their hospitality.

We stayed at the “Peaceful Villa” from July 11 to 18 and have nothing but positive things to say! The accommodation was exceptionally clean and well maintained - we have rarely experienced an apartment in such mint condition. Everything you need was there: a fridge, microwave, hob, dishes, a small blender for frapé (very practical!), air conditioning, toiletries, a hairdryer and a balcony with table, chairs and parasol. There is also a communal washing machine, which we were able to use - everything worked perfectly. The location is also great: supermarket, petrol station, car wash, beach and restaurants are all less than a kilometer away. Only the nearby road can be heard occasionally - otherwise it is very quiet, which fits the name of the villa perfectly. 😊 Our host Maria was a particular highlight: our navigation gave us the wrong directions, but one phone call was all it took and she came straight out to greet us warmly. Throughout our stay, the contact was warm, informal and incredibly helpful. She immediately provided us with everything we needed. Her caring nature and the friendly atmosphere really made our stay special - it was hard to say goodbye and we really took Maria and her family to our hearts. 💙 The building itself is an older villa that has been freshly and stylischly renovated - with modern comforts, good water pressure and hot water at all times. We would come back anytime and will most likely do so on our next vacation in Greece!!! Highly recommended - 5 out of 5 stars!

Best host ive ever met so far. Sofia is very welcoming, patient and helpful. The place exceeded our expectations, because it had no reviews, but it proved to be very clean and tidy, modern and fully equipped with all the appliances and toiletries, which makes it great for a family with kids or even 2. Theres also a designated parking space, although theres a lot of space around. It is within walking distance from the beach, although its a remote town, albeit its chill and peacefull, but great for beach hopping.

Approx 40 mins stroll along beachside road to Nea Moudinia town, less than 10 mins by car. Dionysiou village 10 mins inland by car. Traditional non-touristy Greek village with pleasant tavernas. 15 min stroll to next village (Mouries) with local traditional taverna.You can get to main town of N.D. by bus from airport, but it's not a direct journey. Car hire recommended as it's only 45 mins from airport, and there are no local buses to/from P.D. The apartments are modern, very clean, cooking facilities, good strong shower with plenty of hot water, balcony. Very little traffic noise as the whole area is redidential. Lots of available street parking. Beach is mainly pebbles, but with sand patches once you are in the sea. Sunbeds mainly free of charge if you eat/drink on the premises. Early booking is best, I visited mid-May, tried to book again for late June, but property full and had to book elsewhere! It's an ideal property and location for a peaceful holiday - no big crowds and no high-rise apartments.

A quiet and charming little town — clean, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing beach holiday. Everything you need is within walking distance, and the atmosphere is very friendly and laid-back. Super little place, well-kept and relaxing!

Very quiet place, if you want to relax and forget about anything. A few restaurants where you could eat. In general this place looks like an old and isolated village, it is not modern or with night life. The place where to 'rest'. The beach is pretty nice, the water very clean, warm, with colorful fish.

It's a small "resort-only" village, geared completely to the summer season. Easy to walk everywhere - completely flat. Very much suited to sun worshippers. Beachfront lined with sunbeds/umbrellas. Not much for children to do apart from beach and sea, but sea gets deep for small children quite quickly and shoreline is stoney. Easy 15-20 min walk to Mouries (next village) with one typically Greek fish restaurant/taverna. Easy 45 min walk to small town of Moudania. No local buses. No money exchange facilities, and only the National Bank will exchange sterling notes. Poor rate + commission, AND YOU HAVE TO COMPLETE A FORM WITH THE ISSUE NUMBER OF EACH NOTE. If you note want to avoid credit/debit card fees, get your euros before leaving UK.

The appartment was soo cute, every detail inside gives this sence of warmth and cozyness, it has a lot of details like pictures on the walls and some ornaments which i like, i dont like when the rooms are empty. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful, the room was very clean. It had huge terrace with sea view. I booked the room one day before leaving it was the only available room so i didnt research a lot before i went there but when i got there i was so pleasently surprised. Highly recommended

Very spacious beach, clean sea site. We have been previous year, this year 2022 the beach was not maintain, but overall very quiet and nice, especially with a baby, or a small kid. There are few taverns and couple of gyro. Its perfect place for a short vacation.

Easy and smooth check-in/check-out procedure thanks to the manager, he was very helpful with everything during our stay, clean and modern room. Parking available, beach nearby, nice restaurants close to the location. Quiet during the evening, great location if you need a gateway to relax. Nice cocktails and sandwiches can be provided, which is great if you don't want to leave the hotel. Strong WiFi. Thank you for the complimentary wine in our room. Everything was great, definitely will stay here again.

The hotel has a great location, as it is only 2 minutes away from the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Additionally, there is a supermarket just across the street. Upon our arrival, the host greeted us with a very positive energy and even treated us to a shot of ouzo :). I wholeheartedly recommend this place without any hesitation.

Amazing hotel with the great stuff. Check-in was totally without any problem and we got keys to our room even though we did a last minute booking and the owner had to come from the party. I wish to give an even higher rating than just 10. We loved the homemade decorations. So beautiful.
