Cozy and clean hotel, in the very center of Paramythia. Good breakfast and comfortable beds. Supermarket over the street (a little noisy in the morning, but not something disturbing). Parking on the street, in front of hotel. Perfect stop if you come with ferry in the night, better than to Igoumenitsa.

Everything was perfect.The apartment is very cosy and there is everything in it, especially in the kitchen.We were welcomed by the host with grapes ,figs and sweets .It was very kind of her.

This brand new property is simply amazing! All rooms come with a swimming pool and the design is very modern and luxurious. The view is breathtaking and the common spaces excellent with attention to the details. Eirini at the reception was very kind and always willing to help making our stay even more special. The breakfast was excellent, with many options and local products. The restaurant of the hotel and Chef Christos are simply the best. Small manu but with quality and taste of very high standards. I would recommend this property if you are looking for a combination of a five star hotel services with a personal touch in your stay.

Amazing find - A brand-new hotel in Sivota. If you're lucky enough to secure a reservation here, then you're in for a treat. Super comfortable hotel run by exceptional staff who will see to your every need. Set high up on the hills above Sivota with simply breathtaking views, it has a pool and a truly exceptional restaurant. We honestly didn't want to leave!

The location of the property was excellent, technically just in front of the sea, where you can find also comfortable sun beds. The view from our villa was picture worthy, especially during the sunset! Really recommend to everyone. Also a big up to the staff, in particular Kleo who was always very keen to help for everything that we asked. Thank you Kleo!

Check in and out went smoothly. Big safe parking. Clean room.

We arrived late afternoon and Nikos was waiting for us outside. We got the bags out of the car and he showed us where to park. Astoria have a dedicated car park behind the building and he has a camera to watch the car park. It's a very safe area, so you don't have to worry about the car..saying that doesn't mean you keep your valuables in the car. We took the room with a balcony and it was facing the port. The balcony was big and had comfortable big seats with a shade that you can control. There is ample sun if you want to wash anything. It will dry off very quickly especially in summer. The room is quite big and had a big TV. All Greek channels but Channel Star puts English movies. We were there to get the late night ferry to Italy. It is a very comfortable room, outdated furniture, but it gave us a smile as we walked in. Nikos is brilliant, always has a smile on his face. I am sure if we asked for anything he would have sorted it out. There was a tea tray with kettle, but they forgot to replenish it with tea bags..but it was fine for us as we don't drink tea or coffee. There is a cafe just outside the hotel and serves breakfast. The location is great. Right on the Port. It's not a busy road. When the balcony door is shut you can't hear anything. There are lots of restaurants, cafes, Bakeries and a big supermarket and pharmacy nearby. There is also a beach further down the strip. I recommend the seafood restaurant facing the supermarket..They open at 7pm for dinner. For a 2 star hotel, Astoria exceeds the expectation. Thank you Nikos.

Nice, efficient hotel with very good service and very friendly staff. I travel a lot and often the check in takes quite some time. Not here! Quickest check in ever which is nice after a long trip. The reception only asked for my name and immediately gave me the key. After we checked out I got a call from them that I forgot my watch in the room and they sent it to our next address in Greece. Room and breakfast was good too.
