Fantastic hotel. Excellent service. Location beautiful

Everything was perfect.The apartment is very cosy and there is everything in it, especially in the kitchen.We were welcomed by the host with grapes ,figs and sweets .It was very kind of her.

Breathtaking view. We had a room with private pool which was big enough, it was clean and well maintained. The room and bathroom were spacious. I am absolutely happy with the place, they have a fantastic buffet breakfast and the coffee and other beverages like freshly squeezed juice are served upon asking (included in the breakfast buffet). This is a super advantage for espresso lovers as usually the coffee in buffet breakfast is coming only as a schwarz (filtered) option. We also received a complimentary bottle of wine from the hotel.

We spent our 2023 summer vacation and the place was amazing! The Sivota Seascape villas have great location right in front of the sea, where the water is crystal clear and there is a small island in front at approx.100m distance. Inside the villas everything is at top quality and the view outside is astonishing. Everyday cleaning is done. Helen at the reception was so kind and helpful - she advised us of nearby beaches restaurants and bar. She also gave us fruit gifts for our last night just to confirm that the destination, the service and the kind people are great reason to come back next summer.

We arrived late afternoon and Nikos was waiting for us outside. We got the bags out of the car and he showed us where to park. Astoria have a dedicated car park behind the building and he has a camera to watch the car park. It's a very safe area, so you don't have to worry about the car..saying that doesn't mean you keep your valuables in the car. We took the room with a balcony and it was facing the port. The balcony was big and had comfortable big seats with a shade that you can control. There is ample sun if you want to wash anything. It will dry off very quickly especially in summer. The room is quite big and had a big TV. All Greek channels but Channel Star puts English movies. We were there to get the late night ferry to Italy. It is a very comfortable room, outdated furniture, but it gave us a smile as we walked in. Nikos is brilliant, always has a smile on his face. I am sure if we asked for anything he would have sorted it out. There was a tea tray with kettle, but they forgot to replenish it with tea bags..but it was fine for us as we don't drink tea or coffee. There is a cafe just outside the hotel and serves breakfast. The location is great. Right on the Port. It's not a busy road. When the balcony door is shut you can't hear anything. There are lots of restaurants, cafes, Bakeries and a big supermarket and pharmacy nearby. There is also a beach further down the strip. I recommend the seafood restaurant facing the supermarket..They open at 7pm for dinner. For a 2 star hotel, Astoria exceeds the expectation. Thank you Nikos.

Absolutely perfect! Clean, perfect location, comfortable, and great value. The breakfast was perfect. Thomas on the front desk was very attentive and friendly..He helped with booking our transport to Albania when our Ferry was cancelled. We will be back again.

Modern and comfortable hotel. Good breakfast on a roof-top terrace. Free private parking.
