The apartment is fantastic- very bright and clean. Everything we need were there. We are looking for a place with terrace- for your surprise there is a second fantastic terrace. The apartment is enough spacious for 4 adults. Very close to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed our vacation and are looking forward to going back there.

The place is just amazing... on top of the hill overlooking beautiful bay with natural beach. The beach is sandy with small pebbles, around rocks can be found sea urchins and sharp shells but water shoes do the trick :)); the water is crystal clear with all hues of emerald colour. On the beach are sunbeds and umbrellas provided by the owner for his guests. The owner is very friendly, communicative and helpful in any situation. We liked their dog, Ira, very much. We stayed with our dog in the smaller house which is very cosy and clean and has a terrace that offers great views of the opposite valley and well maintained garden. We did not really use the kitchen as there are many good restaurants with lovely local food in nearby village of Nea Roda. We fell in love with the place...natural beauty and tranquillity in combination with Greek hospitality made our vacation unforgettable and we would return any minute :)

We had one of the best stays. The owner is a great person, always responsive, open to help any time day or night. Rooms are clean, beds are cosy, kitchen is good equipped. If you pickup a sea view, you will just get loved in the color of the sea. And the meals, can’t be described. Might be the only place I ever visit where you eat fantastic cooked food (no fast or trash food).

Its small place, with basic things. If you don't like crowds and want to enjoy quiet vaccation, its a perfect place. Most of tourist are Greecs themselfs. Its also pretty cheap compared to rest of Halkidiki.

Peaceful and still touristic unspoiled nature. You can also visit the surroundings such as the Kakovo monastery, the towns of Ouranopolis and Pirgadiki, Mount Athos and the Hilandar monastery, then the island of Amuliani. You can swim at the Donkey Islands (Drenia) or swim with turtles near Nea Roda.

What really makes the hotel special are the two ladies who run Lazaridis, who are very friendly and from whom you can get a lot of useful information about beaches and many important places. All rooms in the hotel really have a sea view. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the terrace. The room was nice and had everything we needed. The cleaning lady cleaned the room every day. Hotel Lazaridis has its own parking lot. The location is the best in Nea Roda. I heartily recommend it.

It’s sooo beautiful! In quite location, 1min from the very nice and clean beach with very few people. It was soooo clean, they were cleaning every day and changing towels. The level of service is higher then in 5* hotels Mr. Yorgo and Mrs. Polla were very polite and friendly and extremely helpful. My advice is to listen their suggestion regarding places , beaches …We liked so much that we stayed one more day. I would highly recommend to people that care for real rest and nature.

The appartment we had was the best we have ever had in Greece. Very clean with a lot of space, fully equiped kitchen, huge terace with breathtaking sea view. The location. It is the greatest beach in Khalkidiki, I would say. At least on the 3rd leg for sure. Serene, clear water, pines right next to the beach. Friendly staff and owners, overall feeling of staying at someone’s home, not a hotel.
