One of our best vacation stays in over two decades of summer travel!. Spotless, modern apartment, cleaned daily (including dishes and bathroom). Towels changed every other day, bed linen every third. Spacious duplex with full kitchen, strong A/C on both levels, comfy beds and sofa with extra mattress. Family-run complex with warm, helpful hosts and a fantastic multilingual manager. Great location: 150m from the beach, next to 2 big supermarkets, restaurants and a lovely promenade. Pool, sunbeds, café, safe, A/C, and parking all included. Thoughtful welcome and goodbye gifts. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The apartment is very spacious and feels brand new, like a true luxury holiday home. Everything we needed was provided, and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The beds were super comfortable, and the fully equipped kitchen was a great bonus. We especially loved the big terrace with its beautiful view — the perfect place to relax. The location couldn’t be better, just a few steps from the beach. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and we had an unforgettable experience here. Highly recommended !

A small village that is not very pretentious.

A small village that is not very pretentious. The central beach is very narrow, but there are two restaurants in front of which there are wonderful sun loungers and good service. We were in front of the Cactus restaurant and were very satisfied.

Great location. You will find everything you need here.

Great location. You will find everything you need here. Supermarkets, pharmacies, vet, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, hire boats, hire cars, taxis, buses to the next town. It's all great. Loved it here!

The best in Nea Peramos is Ammolofi beach with the lovely...

The best in Nea Peramos is Ammolofi beach with the lovely clean sea water and the sand. That is the pleasure to be there.Many beach bars like La Roca, Peponi and other, free zone as well. Nea Peramos as a place is not a special one for me. Just go there because of the beach.

A nice city, with plenty of beaches nearby, some of them...

A nice city, with plenty of beaches nearby, some of them with blue flag. At 3 km away, there are some beautiful beaches, with shallow water, perfect for childrens. Quite a lot places to eat, some of them on the beach front, others a little bit hidden between city. I discovered, and I strongly recomand to try "Neza's fish house", where I eat the best fish and seafood. Kavala is a nice city nearby, with historical sites, worth to visit. What is not so nice is the fact that are very few parking places.

Cute little seaside town.

Cute little seaside town. English and bulgarian widely spoken. Not a party town and good for families. Beach sand not generally suitable for sandcastles because the particles are too large but it gets in less places and brushes off easily. Beaches generally shallow and good for small kids. Small waves most of the time unless the wind is in the wrong direction

The apartment is perfect for a vacation by the sea.

The apartment is perfect for a vacation by the sea. Location is near the beach, we are with a 2 year old and we had no trouble to go and leave the beach by walking. The apartment is really comfortable and clean.

We choose this studio for our stay in Nea Peramos for second time and we are really delighted for our choice. The studio is really cosy, clean and well designed. The location is great - close to the main street with excellent tavernas, cafes and shops. The host is so friendly, it was a pleasure for us to stay at her place.

Nice place, good location to the Ammolofois beaches and aside the crowded part of Nea Peramos. Lovely garden and excellent maintaining of trees and grass areas. The apartment was clean and comfortable, but a bit small living room and kitchenet. You could enjoy the breakfast in lovely yard among the bushes and trees.

The apartment is comfortable and has a great localization right on the beach, plenty restaurants nearby and walking distance from center. The host is a very nice lady willing to answer all the time. I definitively recommend Eva Beach Apartment and Nea Peramos
