The location was great, the view amazing, a glass fence overlooking the sea. The airport runway is very close to the property and you can watch planes land and take off regularly. I was worried about the noise, but it didn't bother us one bit, it was actually quite fun. The house spans across two levels, there is a small kitchen, a living room and a toilet downstairs and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with twin beds, and bathroom with a shower. Each house has its own terrace with a table for four. The common area is large with a medium pool and sunbeds and beanbags for you to relax as well as shaded terrace where you can relax or have breakfast while admiring the view. Another nice touch is that there is a lot of vegetation, palm trees and flowers. Also enjoyed some kittens roaming around and a cute dog.

The villas are spacious, well appointed and immaculate, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the pool area is stunning. We really got the sense that the owners (and architects!) of the hotel have worked to create accommodation that allows you to feel at home while you visit Kefalonia. The owners made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The included breakfast was amazing and had a perfect selection for everyone’s tastes. FYI - There’s no dedicated parking at the hotel but plenty of parking on the street directly outside.

We returned to Canale this year, and once again it met and exceeded our expectations. As a designer of luxury residences hotels I travel widely to experience what's out there. This is simply one of the best boutique luxury hotels in the world. A quiet unassuming elegance that is so refreshing ! It was wonderful to see hosts Spiros and Alexandra again, who are absolute assets to the Canale. There is nothing too small for them; and they go out of the way to make sure everything is perfect for you. A huge congratulations and I look forward to visiting again !

We absolutely loved this accommodation. It was one of the best we stayed in for our entire 10-week trip. The room was very modern, large, and super clean. Air conditioning was excellent, and there was a balcony with a clothes rack to hang out wet clothes after visiting the beautiful beaches. Beach towels were provided, which was very much appreciated. The room was serviced upon request with coffee supplies replenished daily, and clean towels were provided after 3 nights. Netflix and Prime were available on the large tv.

The house was perfect for our family, our two children are 9...

The house was perfect for our family, our two children are 9 and 11. the beds wery very comfortable, the kitchen and living room spacy and comfortable. Ideal swimming pool, garden and terrasse. We even got a free bottle of wine upon arrival. Very helpful hostess who gave us tips for beaches, restaurants and trips. When we left the house we forgot our passports and one credit card in the house and we realised when we were on the ferry towards Zakinthos! Stefanos, the owner, was extremely helpful and serviceminded and sent us the package with the next boat. Thank you so very much😊

What I liked most was that it has beautiful beaches, a great location for beautiful sunsets. It is close to the capital Agrostoli. But it is a small place, there are not many markets, cafes and places for entertainment. But everything nearby is easily accessible. I liked it and would go again

Location close to the airport which was very convenient for our late night arrival and enabled us to walk from the airport. Comfortable enough for one night. Block out shutters were useful as the place is lit up outside all night.

The location was great and very close to the airport (dont let this put you off). Fantastic villa with everything needed (maybe a microwave would be good). Lovely and quiet area.

Very quiet in spite of being at the end of the runway. Lovely pool area. Comfy bed but could do with a better curtain where there is no shutter on the little window.
