Our room was in a perfect position right by the pool, very peaceful. Maybe not for everyone but we never felt overlooked or lacking privacy. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was fantastic, the two big asks for any hotel stay. The room was spacious and well equipped, perfect min every way. All of the staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you, so friendly every single day, from George on reception, Nikos and Nik on the bar and the lovely waitresses in the restaurant, cannot fault them. They were all amazing and a credit to the place. Location was perfect, a minute to the beach with lovely tavernas to choose from and a short stroll into town. A perfect week, and would 100% recommend.

This villa is a little piece of paradise. Self contained with a lovely little outside space. The bed is so comfortable and there are enough kitchen essentials if you choose to cook a little. It has been tastefully decorated and so cool not requiring air-conditioner a lot of the time. The pool is gorgeous and the bar was great with meals available at a fair price. The location was a good 10 minute walk into the town and Old Port where you will find all the action if you are looking for that. Closer was Megali Ammos beach with plenty of tavernas and bars on offer. There were 2 supermarkets very close by (2 min walk) This family run complex was quiet and very well cared for by a beautiful couple called Panus and Nadia. They would literally do anything they could to make sure your stay was exceptional. I shall always remember my last week on the Greek Islands as being extra special because I stayed at The Spitaki Guesthouse. I can only highly recommend it to others. Thank you!

This is a spacious and well thought out property .

This is a spacious and well thought out property . Gorgeous interior and everything thought about from the use of space , seating area/breakfast bar and kitchen with a really large balcony. The bed is very big and extremely comfortable, if I had one criticism it would be that I could hear our neighbours shower or use of their hairdryer but this was only something minor. Excellent property and value for money in a beautiful location , 10 min walk into Skiathos town but if you don’t fancy the walk some beautiful tavernas on your doorstop , would 100% stay again and recommend.

Loved the location – just a 12-minute walk to the port, which made everything so convenient. The accommodation was perfect – clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. What truly made the stay special was the staff. A heartfelt thank you to Anthi (Άνθη) and John for going above and beyond – your warmth and hospitality made all the difference!

Easy 10-15 minute walk into town, with frequent and easy...

Easy 10-15 minute walk into town, with frequent and easy access to the bus route from east to west of the island, with only a 3Euro charge from one end to the other. A great quad bike and scooter hire locally, with two well-stocked supermarkets, not to mention the resident cockerel and turkey that can be heard up above the beach in the hills. Surrounded by beautiful pine forest covered hills that meet with an abundance of olive, lemon trees, and grape vines, interspersed with flashes of shocking pink, red, white and purple flowers and climbers.

We stayed as a couple at Fiorella, which is excellent value...

We stayed as a couple at Fiorella, which is excellent value for money within its price bracket. The hotel and the neighbouring apartments with the pool area and cafe bar are owned by the same family; the two buildings interlink like one property. Our room was very clean with a comfortable king size bed, shower room, mini fridge for our use and a balcony with seating. Linen was changed daily. Views were of the pool and the stunning coast beyond. The pool area with sunbeds, tables and chairs was located adjacent to the cafe bar providing snacks and drinks. Elias and his father who run the bar are both charming and very welcoming. They offer an excellent Thursday evening bbq. There is a regular bus service from Skiathos Town that runs every 10 minutes along the coast road to all the beaches. The local sandy Megali Ammos beach has plenty of tavernas for food and drinks. The Fiorella is located 300m up a very steep hill off the main road, so maybe not good if you are unfit. We are both in our sixties and were fine to take the hill slowly. Taxi’s are easily sourced through Elias. Also there is no permanently manned reception so our arrival late evening, as expected by the Fiorella, was a little stressful. Elias at the bar was more than helpful. Maybe a buzzer from reception through to the owner would be an idea? In summary we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

The hotel location is not ideal for a person unable to walk uphill and lots of steps - the bus service from the main road is frequent about every 15 minutes into town or to other beach areas along the coast

It was quite a natural beach with not too many sunbeds and parasols. Much quieter down one end with a small beach bar and busier the other end with a good selection of bars and restaurants, It had a nice view.

The location of the hotel is amazing, especially if you are traveling with kids and want easy access to the beach. It's right in front of one of the most popular in Skiathos, megali ammos, and a 10 minute walk from Chora. The hotel also has a nice pool, although we didn't use it. The staff was super friendly/welcoming and made sure we had everything we need. The food at achinos restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast buffet offers a lot of options. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

This is a beautiful hotel right on the beach in a quiet area but only a 10 minute walk to the vibrant main area with bars and nightlife and the port area. Perfect location. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice. The hotel had the small family run feel that I was hoping for. The staff were fantastic and helped us look into boat trips. There is a fantastic restaurant right in front on the beach plus more as you walk along. This really was a superb holiday!

Great stay, upgraded when arrived and the view out to the bay was amazing, hosts were very nice and nothing was too much trouble. I loved the cat's that are at the hotel, they are No trouble and just want a cuddle, Great breakfast on the last day. Plenty around, supermarket, places to eat and lovely beach. Town 10 minutes walk. I was volunteering at skiathos cat welfare, if in the area definitely message them for a visit to the sanctuary.
