We had a nice bungalow that has a sea view and covered parking.. The property has also got a south entrance which gives you easy access to the beach (walking distance). Next time we travel to Gythio we wouldn't hesitate to stay at CAVO GROSSO Bungalows again.

Amazing hotel with unforgettable service! This hotel is absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. They helped my boyfriend organize a surprise for my birthday and made the day truly unforgettable — it was a 10 out of 10! The room had magical views that took our breath away every morning. Breakfast was delicious, with everything handmade and full of flavor. We felt so cared for and appreciated during our entire stay. We would come back 100% — highly recommended!

The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The restaurant/bar area and courtyard are beautiful, and well spaced so you don't feel crowded. The pool area is great and leads down to a private beach area with seats and umbrellas, where staff will bring you drinks or food as well, and the water was beautiful. There is a spa area with massages and other treatments available. There was a great number of options for breakfast, and it can be taken in your room, in the dining courtyard, or even beside the pool. The beds were very comfortable and there was air-con, and as we were upgraded to a garden room, we took the option of having our breakfast in our room. Staff were super attentive, (Dionysius was very knowledgeable with wine choices) and helpful, and there was always someone around if we needed anything.

A wonderful resort just 10 min drive from Gytheo. We really enjoyed the amenities here, a great pool, lovely grassy seating area under the trees, and the beach with sun loungers and umbellas. The staff were very kind, always bringing us waters wherever we sat and they served a great breakfast by the pool. You can choose what you like from their menu. Very comfortable bed and spacious room with a cute little balcony and sea view. Overall we had a very relaxing stay and could not have asked for anything better! Thank you all so much!

We stayed for one night and really enjoyed the location close to Gytheio, the lovely swimming pool, the generous breakfast, and the private beach. We were traveling with a baby and appreciated the crib provided. Overall, the hotel is very child-friendly and welcoming.

Many good beaches nearby up to 20 minutes drive away with...

Many good beaches nearby up to 20 minutes drive away with great local tavernas. Local beach was least favourite and unsealed road along length of the beach makes for uncomfortable driving and too much dust. Short drive to main town Gytheion which has many choices but hard to find parking this time of the year.
