The apartment is in a great position right in front of Telendos. You can enjoy the famous sunsets directly from the big terrace. It is fully equipped and perfectly cleaned every day. The bed is very comfortable. The bed linen and towels were changed every 2 days. The communication with the Host Anna has been very easy. Anna assisted us also with arranging for the taxi from the port and gave us valuable advice for nice restaurants, as well as many other things. Little presents during our stay have been a nice surprise. We hope to come back soon.

Everything. From the moment we arrived into Kalymnos to the moment we left, Katerina's welcome and hospitality were exceptional. I have never experienced such a kind and caring host. The property is perfectly located within walking distance of poet's climbing, lots of beaches, and an abundance of great restaurants and shops. Katerina goes out of her way to make sure you have a wonderful stay in her beautiful home. Lots of lovely , unexpected surprises. The property has a beautiful terrace with stunning views of Telendos. The house has everything you need, including air conditioning. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone and would definitely book again.

Super friendly staff first of all. Great and clean facility with an amazing view. Beach in walking distance. Good food and drinks. We went to Kos after a week, but we hated it so much that the staff of Ambiance helped us within a heartbeat to come back the next day. Great place to rock climb better later in the year to avoid the crowds. I was based in Masouri and teamed up with other Canadian climbers. Restaurants all good and reasonable prices. I prefer a cooked breakfast on climbing days so very good at the Ambience. Some of the newer climbing areas are less polished than the older areas but the rock can be very sharp. As people are concentrated in Masouri the social scene is preferable compared to Leonidio, and the climbing just as good in both locations. A car is needed in Leonidio but not so much in Kalymnos. Telendos has great climbing too as well as some spectacular multi-pitch routes.

Masouri is a magical place.

Masouri is a magical place. The main street is alive with numerous restaurants and shops, but the sea side is serene and breath-taking. The sunsets are magnificent. Very good place for rock climbers. many of the best views do involve climbing steep roads or steps, but the effort is worth it. The local bus service is excellent and is very reasonably priced

Restaurants, small grocery stores, and bars in Masouri and Myrties and easily walkable. In November, the tourist season comes to an end and some restaurants and stores shut down for the winter. However, there are still a few places still open for business. Most restaurants serve classic Greek food as well as seafood - the fresh fish is a go to. The small grocery markets supply simple but comprehensive supplies. Mostly a climber town in the spring and fall months, I saw mainly rock climbers and it was a chill vibe. If you plan to stay here for climbing or exploring, know that you need an international or EU drivers license in order to rent a car or scooter. There is plenty of climbing within walking distance, however, so that you could make do without transportation. The locals here are awesome and friendly and it's a fantastic place to spend a couple weeks if you are climbing or exploring the Greek islands.

Kalymnos and Telendos are very attractive Islands.

Kalymnos and Telendos are very attractive Islands. Short ferry trip between the two is 3 euros with stunning views. Masouri is the centre for sport rock climbers from around the world. The paths created to get to the crags give steep walks for others to enjoy the scenery or watch their climbing activities. Sunset over Telendos from Masouri is quite stunning.

The holiday was a climbing trip to Kalymnos and Masouri is maybe the best location for this. Vehicle parking could be tricky at times - we had a car rather than a scooter - but always managed to squeeze in somewhere.

We had an amazing stay and are convinced this is the best hotel for any stay on the island! It provides top amenities, the breakfast is 10/10, the happy hour bad provides perfect cocktails, there is a private beach entry that is often quiet, and dont get us started on the view!

We were a group of 7 climbers, and we had a great time at the Afroditi Hotel. They booked a taxi for us when our flight was delayed and even allowed us to check in at 1 a.m. All the staff were very kind and friendly (hi Alex!). I'd love to come back.
